You woke up to the sound an extremely loud engine.

Even the thought of sitting up caused a grunt to leave your throat.

Someone shifted on the right side of your body.

Still not opening your eyes you tried to guess where you were, head fuzzy and feeling like it was getting continuously stepped on. The constant bumping you experienced reminded you of the time you first set foot on a plane and how the flight was in ways similar to this feeling. But that was an old airplane a really long time ago.

Gradually, the ache in your body intensified and soon you wished you had stayed unconscious.

Your head immediately started hammering as you tired to piece together what happened before all this. Due to the pain, you could only remember as much that Loki had probably taken you, the last picture in your mind was that you were by the cell, kneeling, with blood all over your hands.

Blood...

Why did your side hurt so much?

You just needed to open your eyes to find out but it felt so cozy, almost like you were wrapped in a blanket of darkness keeping your body protected.

Why was there blood on your hands? Was it still there?

You had to open your eyes.

Eyelids laying comfortably heavy against your head, you couldn't get your body to obey.

Someone was beside you, you could hear it.

Open your eyes!

Slowly, as the overwhelming amount of light subsided, outlines of figures started to appear before your eyes. Eyes that felt unusual. The strange desire to kill brewed in your veins, demanding you to shed blood, your still not seeing gaze darting around for prey.

When your vision finally cleared, you locked eyes with an unsuspecting soldier who came to examine you as you came back to life. "Sir!" He alerted someone that was well over your head. Poor thing didn't get the chance to look back at you, your hand had already shot out, fingers wrapping around his ankle and jerking him off balance. He fell right into your other hand and you squeezed his neck with a satisfying crunch. A whole lot of shouts erupted from all directions and only when you stood up with a pained yell did you realize that you were in the pit of another jet, the same soldiers from earlier surrounding you again.

The second the first gun was pointed at you and your muscles tensed to eliminate the man a familiar voice stopped him from shooting and you from attacking. "Whoever dares to shoot her will get their fingers cut." By the sound of it, someone came to stand beside you, possibly the owner of the voice.

When you looked away from the soldiers and to the man by your side you were met with an equally surprised gaze. Standing next to you was Loki, his armor shining brightly in the dim lights from the lamps. He seemed confused, you didn't understand why.

He just looked at you a moment longer, then lifting his scepter that you have seen in Germany, its blue light akin in color to his eyes glowing restlessly, held it above where your heart was hiding under your skin. You weren't scared, you just failed to comprehend what was going on and by the time you wanted to move away he already collided you with the tip of it and you blacked out again.

Loki was crouching above you, studying your face when you woke up again, that same terrible ache evident throughout your body.

"Do you have a heart?" He commanded you to answer in a low voice. Somehow you didn't think of attacking this time. When he saw just how confused you were, he repeated his question in a much less gentle way. You felt like your head was being torn apart.
