Me, Eve and Amber had stayed back after dance class. Everyone had gone but we were having so much fun we just wanted to work some more. We didn't have any other classes today and we were pretty much fully up to date on assignments.

I was surprised that Eve was in so many of my classes. But it turned out the only difference between the minor and the major was she had 2 extra classroom sessions a week and 1 extra studio session. We were together for all the ones I took which was great fun.

We were 2 weeks into actual classes now. The weather had started to change, turning a lot rainier and you could feel the impending cold that was heading our way.

"Okay shall we go again?" Eve smirked as I sung the lyrics when they started. "Ooft. Come on Vee. Belt out that song." I laughed. This was normal now. Us all singing whilst we danced. I guess being on the sports teams as well, our fitness levels were high enough that the fast movements didn't leave us as breathless as they did everyone else.

"You really need to do the show Vee." I looked at Amber in the mirror, putting my water bottle back down and shaking my head.

"Not a chance. Only you guys get to hear me sing. I'd only do the show for dance." I moved back into the middle of the 3 of us as we stood at the back of the room. Amber had set her phone up at the front of the room, recording us which was one of her favourite things to do.

"You make it really hard to sleep

You keep me upBaby, you're my adrenaline~Brought out this other side of meYou don't even knowControlling my whole anatomy, ohFingers are holding you right at the edgeYou're slipping out of my handsKeeping my secrets all up in my headI'm scared that you won't want me back, ohI dance to every song like it's about ya
I drink 'til I kiss someone who looks like ya
I wish that I was honest when I had you
I shoulda told you that I wanted you for me

I dance to every song like it's about ya
I drink 'til I kiss someone who looks like ya
I wish that I was honest when I had you
I shoulda told you that I wanted you for me."

We danced along to the music. It was loud but I felt like me singing was keeping all 3 of us on beat. They'd said it helped before too. So I kept doing it. It was fun either way and I enjoyed working up the sweat.

"I'm in this party just because
Tears in my cup
Swallow it down to feel the rush
I'm on the other side of town
Spinnin' around
Don't even know you let me down, oh

Fingers are holding you right at the edgeYou're slipping out of my handsKeeping my secrets all up in my headI'm scared that you won't want me back, oh
I dance to every song like it's about ya
I drink 'til I kiss someone who looks like yaI wish that I was honest when I had youI shoulda told you that I wanted you for me."
The music slowed down a little now, just for the little verse. The choreography that Eve had made up for this little trio dance was so much fun. So much attitude but it was sweet too. It was a sweet song. Not like some of the other things we dance to.

"Innocent lovers
We hold on to one anotherLet's rediscoverYou are the one for me, oh." The girls cheered  and whooped as the music came back in. Filling the room with my name and Eve shouting 'LETS GO VEE!"

"I dance to every song like it's about yaI drink 'til I kiss someone who looks like yaI wish that I was honest when I had youI shoulda told you that I wanted you for me, yeah
I dance now, about you
I kiss, drinks, look like you One kiss, wish I had you I shoulda told you that I wanted you for me."
