I handed Cay cookie and he kicked his feet like crazy making all 3 of us giggle as we waited for our coffees.

"So College?" Ash raised an eyebrow and I smiled. "Have you carried on being our precious little angel?" Caz laughed and I just continued smiling innocently. "Am I getting details?"

"When your son is running around the playground and isn't going to repeat anything yeah."

"Oh come on. Give me something in the meantime." Ash pleaded with me, literally putting her hands together.

"Boyfriend." Caz coughed. "Covered in hickies." Ash's pupils turned pitch black as I pressed my lips together.

"I'm SORRY WHAT?" I coughed, pulling my phone out and showing her a photo of us both together. "Stop it you guys are cute as hell."

"Show her the photo."

"Which photo?" Ashley smirked. I scrolled on the screen stopping on a photo of him in my dorm, topless laid in my bed. He looked so good on this photo I could save it as my screensaver and stare at it for hours.  "oh my GOD." Her eyes darted between me and the phone. "You and him?"

"His names James." I smiled and she handed me my phone back, I put it away and we grabbed our coffees heading straight out to the park for Cay. Caz volunteer to keep him busy when we got there taking him over to the swings as far away from us as possible.

"So have you?"

"Yes. A few times." She squealed. "I met him the day they left. I went inside and got changed literally 5 minutes after they left went to the coffee shop and he came over."

"God you work quick." I giggled. "What?"

"He's not the only guy I've seen. I went on a date with this other guy but he lied to me about stupid stuff so I just ended it. But that's not all. Oscar's at Duke."

"As in THE Oscar."

"Penny's Oscar. Yeah. Here's the thing though. Apparently he was only with me so he could be close to me because he knew about the whole no dating thing. Had 0 intentions on going to Stanford with Penny. Only said that to her to keep her in a good mood until we finished then he ended it like 2 days after graduation and he was actually planning on coming to Duke all along."

"Jesus."

"Right?"

"So what are you doing about it?"

"Nothing. I'm with James, I'm happy with things as they are right now. He's really sweet. Treats me really good. Has this slight bad boy tendency."

"Sport?"

"Quarterback." She grinned, slapping my leg a few times quickly. "He saw me dance for the first time last week." I pulled the video up that Liv had recorded, handing it to her. "His face is a fucking picture the whole time."

"Jesus look at you go." She giggled. "Oh my god they'd kill you." I laughed, laying my head on my shoulder and watching the video. It spins around and shows the crowd and Ash pauses it on Oz. "He's looking at you the same way James is." I nodded. "He really likes you Avery."

"Yeah but does he like me, or does he like the whole bad bitch vibe he's seen me with?  James has spent what like 2 months getting to know me. We've been together like 3 weeks."

"Auntie Vee?"

"Yes baby."

"Caz said turn around." I watched as Cay ran back to Caz who was sat on the floor in the sand pit. I turned my head, snapping it back to Caz who just laughed.

"What?" Ashley turned and snapped her head back too. "Oh. Well. This is fun." She giggled and I stood up, pulling my tee shirt down as I sipped my coffee. I could feel both of them watching me as I leaned my elbows on the wall and he walked closer.

"Edwards."

"I thought I might find you here with them."

"Stalking me now?"

"No." He smirked. "I just thought I'd have more chance speaking to you here than college."

"And why's that?"

"Because I knew your boyfriend wouldn't be hanging around here." I sipped the coffee staring into his eyes. "How's your sister?"

"Fine thanks. Getting married to Cayden's dad."

"Cute." I nodded. "Bet your parents weren't happy."

"Nope. No news there though."

"Its weird seeing you back like this when I'm used to you wearing different clothes back home." I raised an eyebrow. "You look innocent here." I laughed slightly at him "And we both know that's not true."

"Well." I raised my shoulder slightly.

"Coming to the game tonight?"

"Are you mad?"

"No."

"I have got no chance of leaving the house so unless I can see you from my bedroom window, not happening."

"VEE? WHY IS A JOCELYN CALLING YOU?" I turned my head laughing at her.

"It's James. Answer it, your fine." She nodded and I turned back to Oscar. "I should go."

"How are you and James?"

"Good."

"Are you sure you're happy with him Vee?" I sighed, shaking my head slowly at him.

"I'm very happy with him Oscar. I'm not leaving anytime soon." He nodded, letting out a sigh. "There's plenty of girls wanting you at school. Try them on for size. Might be good for you." I took a few steps back.

"I don't want the cheerleaders Avery." I turned around walking away. "They're not you." I ignored him, pretending I hadn't heard him as Ashley stared at me.

"So who are you to my sister Jocelyn."

"Oh for god's sake Ash." I laughed. "Don't give the guy a heart attack." She looked at the face time and I smiled over her shoulder. "Hi James."

"Hi baby. Your sister was just telling me I'm saved in your phone under Jocelyn?"

"Purely for my parents. Normally your saved under coffee shop guy 1. " I smirked and he shook his head grinning too. "Ash, James. James. Ashley." He nodded at her and she smiled back, muting the mic.

"He's cuter on camera than he is in pictures."

"And he's hotter in real life too." I raised my eyebrows

"What are you 2 talking about?" I smirked, leaning down and unmuting us.

"Just about Oscar."

"Oscar?" He rolled his eyes and bit his tongue.

"Yeah he's back home here too and I just bumped into him." He raised an eyebrow I laughed at him and he shook his head.

"You're teasing and you're too far away for me to make sure he doesn't come near you."

"That's a shame. I was going to go to his game tonight."

"Vee." He looked at me

"I'm kidding. I can't go. They'd skin me alive."
