Iris POV:
Seeing Lilith get a little jealous when mentioning I was going to meet up with someone today was funny. I could see her slowly get more annoyed as she kept asking questions to figure out who this person was to me, and all I would answer with was something that gave her no hints.
(Flashback)
"So, two coffees? Are you going to see someone?" She asked curiously.
"Um. Yeah, I've been planning to meet up with them for 2 days now." I responded, looking down and smiling a bit before paying.
"Are they a friend of yours? Or like a partner?" She asked more curious about who this person is.
"It's just... someone." I responded, not really giving her any hints.
I silently laughed, remembering this. I then shut my eyes and drifted off to sleep.

I still haven't felt the best like the last couple of days, and since I had nothing much to do today, I decided to stream.
I was getting pretty lucky today. So far, I've gotten 22 wins and only lost 5. My last match ended quicker than expected. I placed my crafting table on gravel, and the gravel from below me went down into the void, causing me to die with it.
I said my goodbyes and ended the stream.
The person I met with yesterday confirmed that the apartment would be fully renovated to my expectations in approximately 5 months. This news was wonderful and a little unexpected since I thought it would take a year at the minimum.
With this good news, I wanted to celebrate. Even if I don't have friends here like I did in my old town, I was still determined to celebrate. I searched up the nearest club, and after finding where it was, I decided that I'd go later tonight since the club doesn't open till 10 pm.

10 PM
After I was fully dressed, I began walking towards the club. It's a 30-minute walk. As I walked into the club, I was greeted with loud hip pop music and a crowded room. First, I went to get something to drink.
I sat on the barstool and watched as the bartender made multiple drinks at the same time on the other side of the bar. She was pretty tall, with dark colored hair and a stran of red hair on either side of her head. She was wearing black leggings and a black crop top that had an opening that showed her cleavage.
"Hey, what can I get you to drink?" Someone asked, and I quickly looked up at the other bartender.
She looked down towards the other side of the bar to see what I was staring at till she noticed and smirked.
"She's beautiful, isn't she?" She questioned.
I just hummed in response.
"I'll just have a gin and tonic. Thank you." I said, and she pulled out a glass and started making the drink.
******
I think I've had too much to drink. After about 6 shots, I lost count and went dancing in the crowd by myself. I've been dancing for, I don't know how long, and the room was spinning and somewhat blurry, but I didn't care. I was having so much fun, then I felt a pair of hands grasp my waist.
They were very gentle and soft. I turned around to see a familiar figure. She was tall, had black hair, and I'm uncertain what color her eyes were. My drunken mind couldn't figure out who it was.
