Chapter 6
Treasure's pov:

The week went shorter than expected. It's Saturday and the week was me at home, school, hanging with Liz, or at the club. Ever since Monday, mystery man who loves choking people haven't been seen. I keep thinking maybe he's a one time guest.

He's not on my mind but I just keep going back to the moment when I said I'd call the security and all he did was laugh. Who does that? And he didn't even stop there, he just kept on doing what he was doing like the security didn't mean anything. I guess he is on my mind.

Anyways, I have a shift tonight. It's my first Saturday shift and from what I've heard, it's always busy. Tomorrow, I have to give a report on what I found, and so far the only thing I can tell them is that Lombardi doesn't actually owns Elite, he just manage it. Everything else, they already know.

Over the weekend, Isaiah, the dude in the coffee shop who didn't have any game, texted me saying he wants to meet up for a lesson. I know he doesn't just want a lesson, but I still said yes anyway. It's not like I'm doing anything here anyway.

I don't know how long me being undercover is going to last so I need friends to keep me busy. I put on some black jeans with a short black crop top, a black and white varsity jacket and low black and white dunks.

I drove to the coffee shop he asked to meet at. When I got there I scanned the room to see if I could find him, but I failed so I called him to see where he was. "Hey where are you?" I said after he picked up after the second ring.

"The coffee shop."

"But where?"

"Second floor."

"Oh okay, I'm coming." That's what she said. Stop. We hung up as I went up the stairs to go to the second floor. Once I got there I seen him sitting in a table with an empty chair across from him.

He got up from his seat and hugged me. "How are you?" I asked knowing I haven't seen him since the beginning of the week.

"I'm good. What about you?"

"I'm good. What did you wanna talk about?" I asked going straight to the point because I would've never thought he was going to actually call me or text me for any matter.

"Straight to the point I see." He said with a chuckle. "Nothing I just wanted to hang. You already told me no for dating so why not hang just as friends." I would've never thought a guy would ever say that. Usually when guys get rejected, their egos go from a 100 to a 10 and don't wanna "try" to be friends with the person that rejected them in the first place, Which is understandable.

Put your morals for a side and think about how not everyone just wants to have a relationship. It doesn't even have to be a relationship. Some people just want to find other people for sex. People like me don't want neither. I'm not saying I don't want to have sex, it's just that I don't need to find a person just for that. Once someone declines the offer for easy access of sex, it's rather they don't care and move on to find somebody else or they get butt hurt just because a girl or a guy doesn't want to have sex with them.
