Last Day as Captain

Nick's P.O.V

I looked between Hank and Sean who seemed to be in agreement with me,

Sean:"That's a great idea, think she will even take the offer?"
Me:"She will, if your the one to ask her. She's a great fit and knows what's going on and not to mention she has a degree in criminology."

Sean raised his eyebrow,

Sean:"She does?"
Me:"Yea Sy and I took the classes together just she never moved forward with it."
Sean:"Why didn't she?"
Me:"Sy went through some things after graduating I tried helping her then but I didn't know how. Eventually things got better and she just continued with other normal jobs."
Sean:"I'll ask her."
Hank:"I can't wait to see the look on her face."

I laughed but stopped when my phone rang,

Me:"Speaking of Sy."
Sean:"Take it."

I answered the call,

Me:"Yea?...wait when...okay we'll meet you there."

She was quick to hang up so I looked up at Sean,

Sean:"Go, I'll get the check covered. I'll be at the precinct later just let me know when your all back there."
Me:"Alright thanks."

Hank and I stood up then walked out of the Cafe.

Sylas:"So we're back to ripped out throats."
Me:"How many?"
Sylas:"Six which are lined up in a row."
Me:"Show me."

Sylas led the way into the factory and over to the lined up bodies. Hank and I looked at each other then got closer looks,

Sylas:"I'm not sure if this is Wesen related or not."

By the teeth marks it looks like a Blubaten attack, I stood up standing close to Sy as Hank stood in front of us.

Me:"It is Wesen related, Blubaten to be exact."
Sylas:"But why?"
Me:"Not sure we need to go through the office to find anything that could connect the dots."
Sylas:"Okay let's get on it."

The three of us walked inside the managers office to begin digging through files and stacks of papers.

Sylas:"Think I got something."

Hank and I turned around to find Sylas standing still while looking at a file,

Me:"What's that?"
Sylas:"Copies of emails, a lot of conversations about bank accounts and meeting locations."
Me:"Let me see that?"

Sylas walked over handing the file to me, Hank leaned in to look as well while I flipped through pages.

Me:"This one looks like a shipping container diagram for the docks."

Sylas moved beside me to get a look at the paper,

Sylas:"That's where we need to look next."
Hank:"We should go now."

Sylas's P.O.V

I walked into the precinct with Hank and Nick,

Nick:"I'll check in with Wu to see if he found anything."
Hank:"I'll start calling around then."
Me:"Let me know what you find."

Hank sat down at his desk as Nick walked out of the room, I made my way into the office and closed the door. When I turned around I saw Sean sitting at his desk which made me jump,

Me:"I didn't know you were here."
Sean:"Figured I'd surprise you."

I smiled softly then walked over leaning up against the desk,
