You only have had a few weeks begining your more untraditional classes before just about eveyone left for school holidays.
You've learnt that Alchemy is the power to change or create things in a way that seems mysterious and magical it's considered the science of the soul. Theres a common use of the ancient symbols of the elements in Alchemy, you find yourself learning more about your new friends through this class.
Sister Duška told the class that "theres countless numbers of ways the elements can combine. It determines the nature of all things, both physical and non- physical. Understanding them is key to fathoming our own minds."
Sometimes you have no idea what's she's talking about.

Cardinal Ciaran who teaches Rituals and Summonings, scares you a little, his dark eyes have no whites, he keeps the classroom dark and you worry you're being taught by a literal demon. Having to remind yourself some of your best friends are demons. There are so many Summonings and Rituals to get your head around. The one Cardinal Ciaran is focusing on now is the Luna Ignis where a bonfire is made and everyone writes down something they wish to end and cast it into flames and as you do you imagine release and yourself adopting a new, healthier way of life as you move around the fire clockwise.

Astrology is taught by Sister Selina, it links up with Rituals and Summonings as so much is done by determining the phases the planets are in. You find it fascinating.

Apothecary with Sister Althea the acting Matron you met on your first day. So far she's taken you all through the gardens making you list plants and properties that also link up when and how is the right time to pick them which correlates with Astrology and what they're are used for which could be for rituals or medicine or both.

You spend the 2 week holiday reading up on those classes, spending time with the Ghouls, Terzo and Copia. You even went joy riding with them once, to no where in particular, just to get out. You've watched them at band practice but still haven't joined them for Terzos end of week parties.
On movie nights Copia would always make sure you were sitting next to him and he'd hold your hand awakening butterflies you didn't know you had. Sharing a few moments where you'd look at each other for a minute or so.
Overall it was a fun couple of weeks even with Terzos ritual plaguing the back of your mind.

Once classes start back up you find that Terzos ritual moves to the front of eveything in your head. After classes one afternoon you decide to go to the library. Walking the now familiar path, your map is lodged in a draw somewhere in your room.
Approaching the desk Sister Umbra greets you "Ah, hello my dear, can I help you find something?" She asks stamping the back of some books.
"Actually, i'm after some books on rituals".
She raises a brow at you "Child, you need to be more specific, there are many rituals, I'd have to send you off with 20 books at the very least on that information" she chuckles. "And you're only allowed to borrow five!" She wiggles a finger at you.

"Right, um, so this ritual, is um private and apparently Satan himself comes down...no he wouldn't come down, he'd be coming up right because he's from hell, he's just down in hell that's why I got con-"
"You're ranting dear" she smiles tapping her nails on the desk.
"Sorry, I don't know much other then Satan comes up and blesses ah.. someone.. and makes sure their blood is um worthy".

She studies your eyes for a moment.
"Hmm, we can look for a couple of books but I think the one you're after is in Sister Imperators office" she gives you a stern look "Do not ask to borrow it".

You're eyes widen, "Yes Ma'am!".
"Oh, don't Ma'am me, I'm not old enough yet" she chuckles.
"Why should I not ask to borrow it?"
You ask following her to a filing cabinet where she riflles through cards full of book names and authors.

"Aha!" She pulls out a couple cards and walks off, you pick your pace up following her, she picks out a couple books for you and hands them to you.
"Because, Sister Imperator might be a lot of things but stupid is not one of them. You spend a lot of time with those boys, I know little of the ritual you're after, I'm not sure why you want it, but asking for that book, you'll not only get yourself into trouble but those two foolish creatures as well."
She smiles gently at you.
