Its A You Thing

You steer Astrid and her friends, Mira and Sadie who are both kind and quiet to the table your friends are at. The three of them look like they could be decendants of greek godesses or something, you feel like you could never assend to that level, you look down at yourself for a moment at your worn boots, purposefully torn tights, skirt, chains around your waist and band t shirt, you enjoy the way you dress but standing next to these girls, you feel self conscious.

"Are you sure?" Astrid whispers. "Yes" you whisper back.

As expected, no one blinks an eye at the new arrivals to the table accepting them like they'd been part of the group for years just like they did with you.
Except Terzo who is star struck by Astrid making you laugh.
He pulls out a chair for her next to him, you nod at her when she glances at you. "He won't bite" you smile. Terzo opens his mouth to make a joke but shuts it when he sees the look on your face.
Copia chuckles as he moves over so Mira and Sadie can sit next to Astrid. He pops himself next to you immediately bringing you in for a kiss.
"Hey! That's my sister!" Terzo throws a spoon at Copia.
You laugh "I wish Terzo, I wish".
"I adopted you a long time ago Sorellina, youre stuck us!" He smiles
"So no more of that infront of me" he jokes pointing from you to Copia woth a fork.

Your face falls, eyes welling up.
"Uh.. I'm sorry, you can still kiss, im all for making out, it was a joke!" Terzo says quickly looking at Copia freaking out.
"What's wrong?" Copia asks watching you.
You get up and walk around to Terzo hugging him from behind whispering "That was really sweet, I love you too brother". He squeezes your arm, "you're choking me".
"Youre fine"

"Are we having a moment?" Aether looks at the two of you, he gets up and puts his arms around you both. Sodo jumps up and follows. Swiss and Rain behind him. Copia hops up laughing with Cumulus, Cirrus, and Sunshine. Mountian is the last one to join the cuddle pile in the midst of dinner in the cafeteria his long arms holding you all together.

"Uhm..Is this a.... Normal thing for you lot? Astrid giggles.
"Sì" Terzo mumbles from under eveyone, causing you all to laugh and let go returning to your seats.

You're the last to let go, chuckling as you do making sure to ruffle his hair as you walk back around.

When the rest of the school is asleep, you're awake again watching Cumulus get ready.
When you leave your room you walk up the other end of the hallway tapping your nails gently against Astrids door. She walks out quietly so she doesn't wake her roommate. Walking back up she taps gently on another door. Sadie and Mira walk out.

You're a bit sad not to find Copia waiting for you at the entrance of the stairs but the thought of him linking arms with Sodo to walk to the garden makes you laugh to yourself.

"I'm a bit nervous" Astrid whispers to you, both following Cumulus with Sadie and Mira behind you.
"Don't be, you don't have to do anything you don't want to". You pause, "actually Terzo said that to me and he kept shoving drinks in my face" you mumble. "Hell, he'll be different with you".
You stop walking, Astrid pauses beside you "the girls do get a little... ah over excited though" you whisper.
Cumulus snorts "I heard that".
"How?" You ask catching up.
"Ghoul"
"Right, forgot".

Walking into the garden the familiar scent hits you straight away. The music is flowing through the air and the garden lights glowing makes you smile.

Terzo is the first to come up to you, holding drinks between his fingers, "ladies", he bows.
You take a drink each, Astrid hesistates. "How did you do that without dropping any?" Mira asks quietly.
"Elegance comes naturally to some" he grins.
"Astrid", he holds out a drink to her, she takes it but he lingers staring at her. "Ok, personal space please" you shove him away as she giggles.
Without realizing it Copia is standing right behind you and you slam straight into him upon turning around.
"Oh-", he immediately, without a moments hesitation, leans down kissing you hard, waking up the hibernating butterflies sending an electric shock through your system. As soon as you reach to put your arms around him he let's go and whispers in your ear "So you don't forget who you're really here with la mia tentatrice". He walks off with a cocky smile on his face.

You stand there for a moment. "What was that?" Astrid asks eyes wide.
"I dont know but I need a drink" you mumble clearing your throat awkwardly. You glance back at him standing with Terzo, he winks.

Sadie and Mira have already joined Cirrus, Sunshine and Cumulus, not as shy as you had thought they were.

You sit down after a little dancing around with the girls. Rain sits next to you holding out a joint. You have a few puffs and pass it back.
"It's been more interesting since you got here" he mumbles softly.
"Really?" Youre stumped "I haven't done anything".
He laughs, holding up a hand putting down fingers as he goes, "we rioted so you could steal a book, you made Terzo keep it in his pants, C is is just... I don't have a word for that" he shakes his head "youve already made an enemy and almost got killed".
You snort "me almost getting "killed" makes this place more interesting?"
"Sure" he nods smiling passing the joint back to you.

"Where's your date?" Copia asks walking up to you. "Uh", you stand looking around and spot her sitting with Terzo, you smile, "she's ditched me" you sigh dramtically.
"And that's my cue to leave" Rain laughs leaving you holding the joint.
Copia stands beside you wrapping one arm aound resting his hand just above your navel. He holds your wrist with his other hand gently bending your arm up. His lips soft against your fingers as he takes a drag. You watch him take a bit more leaving you to finish it off.

He sits and pats his leg at you. You raise a brow "last time-", he doesn't let you finish leaning forward grabbing you around your waist you come crashing down on his lap making you laugh.

He nuzzles into your neck, sprinking you with kisses.
"How drunk are you?" You giggle.
"I'm not drunk" he mumbles.
You push his face back and look at him.
"You'd know if I was, I'd end up like you did last time, cara" he grins.
"What, half naked?"
"Sì" he nods chuckling.
"Are you like that every time you get drunk?"
"No, it would just be a you thing".
He looks at you "I could ask the same of you" he smirks raising a brow.
"I've never done that before" you mumble, you feel your face going red "must have been a you thing" you say quietly to him, awkwardly sipping on your drink.

"Come on" Copia gets up holding your hand. "But what about....?" You spin around and Terzo is kissing Astrid "Well, she's fine" you giggle.
Copia takes you back through your drunk and dancing friends, back through the gardens finding a quiet spot, you can hardly hear the music or your friends.
You know youre closer to the courtyard because you can hear the soft bubbling of the fountain.

It's colder and darker over here, walking over to a bench Copia takes his jacket off and puts it around you, "I want this one back!".
"No!" You grin.
"No?" He takes a step towards you.
"Mm mm" you shake your head taking a step back. "It's mine now" you giggle as he takes another step towards you. You glance to the side and see a small path in the dim light, taking a chance you run, laughing as you go.

"Hey!" It doesn't take him long to catch up and grab you around the waist again spinning you around to face him "dove pensi di andare?".
You see his eyes shining in the moonloght thats sprinkling through the leaves above you.
"Spaghetti to you too" you whisper  grinning.
He chuckles, reaching up to your face and caressing your cheek. Those damn butterflies returning, there's way more than last time.
He slips his other arm around you and just holds you close and you wrap your arms around him melting onto him.
"Hey, C?"
"Mmm?"
You move youre head so youre looking at him. "I think i really-"
There's a sudden yelling, you both turn in the direction of the noise.
"What's that?" You grab Copias hand and start walking.
He stops you "They're probably just having fun-" theres another yell, "no thats not fun!".

You both start running in the direction of the noise.
