Shes Not A Ghoul

Copia wakes to the sun streaming through a window, the sunbeams warm landing on his face. He groans slightly, squinting.
He smiles looking around noticing the curtains have been closed around the bed. He rests his head back down close to y/n's hair and breathes in. Why does she always smell so good?

Y/n lifts her head slightly opening her eyes. Copia looks down watching her. She blinks at him, her eyes move up and around, realization dawning slowly on her face, she groans closing her eyes again wriggling down under the blankets.
Copia chuckles softly pulling the blanket back down off her face. "Mm mm" she mumbles pulling it back up.
Copia sighs, "you can't hide forever".
"Yes I can" she croaks. All the screaming she'd done taken its toll on her voice.

Copia moves to sit up and get off the bed, she pokes her head out watching him brows furrowed. He chuckles, "I'm not going far".
Sister Umbra pokes her head around the curtain "Ah you're up!" She smiles. Copia feels his face burn sliding off the bed. He follows her outside of the curtains.

"Shes lost her voice" he mumbles.
"Ah ok, I'll make her some hot tea" Sister Umbra nods. Copia smiles, tea always fixes everything.
"Go get yourself some breakfast, she'll be ok here" Umbra pats his shoulder.

He pokes his head around the curtain, she's still hiding. He walks up and lifts some blanket to kiss her head. "I'll be back soon" he whispers. She doesn't answer. He sighs walking off.

It's still early, he walks to his dorm, opening the door looking up, Terzo and all the Ghouls are sitting there like they were waiting for him.
"Of course" he nods smiling walking in and closing the door.

"What the fuck happened?" Cirrus asks first.
"Who do we need to kill?" Sodo glares like it's Copias fault.
Terzo just looks at him, helpless.

"I have no idea" Copia sighs massaging his temples.
"As for who to kill, that might be Primo?" he shrugs.
"Why?" Terzo asks.
"Apparently he told her who her mother is, the whole staff know what's going on" he shakes his head getting more confused by the minute.
"I wasnt told anything else, and she hasn't spoken since, so don't ask me anymore questions" he puts his hands up to stop them talking.

Rain looks at Copia, he doesn't look like he's slept. "She felt like she'd lost her entire identity, like everything had crumbled underneath her" he mumbles sadly.

They all look over at him.
"What?" Copia blurts.
Rain shrugs, "I can sense her like I sense the others".
"When were you going to tell us that?!" Cumulus gets up and looks at Rain angrily.
"I didn't think it was a big deal, I was hoping I was getting some more control" Rain quickly explains before she explodes.

Copia rumages around for clean clothes and walks to the bathroom letting them all argue with each other.
He has a long shower hoping they'd all be gone by the time he goes back into his room. He stands before the sink and mirror scrubbing his teeth for longer then he needed to. Getting dry and dressed slowly.

Opening the door he groans seeing they're all still there.
"-That has to be the only explination", Sunshine shrugs.
"For the last time, shes not a Ghoul" Rain sighs.
"Shed have told us" Sodo mumbles
"Wouldn't we have been told if they summond another Ghoul?" Swiss adds.
"Guys she's not a fucking Ghoul! She's just not!" Rain raises his voice angrily.
They all stop for a moment.

"Have you forgotten how she reacted to finding out we are Ghouls?" Cumulus says shaking her head.
"Maybe she doesn't know" Mountain shrugs.
"How could you not know?" Aether looks at him.

"Shes not a Ghoul" Terzo says standing up.
"Well, Rains powers don't work on humans is all im saying" Sunshine shrugs getting up as well.
"They work on Terzo" Rain mumbles.
"Anyone can read Terzo" Aether pats his back.
"Hey!" Terzo grumbles.
Copia chuckles as he opens the door, they all file out to get some breakfast.
