Proud Of Yourself?

"Copia, wake up dear, you need to get going" Sister Umbra shakes Copia whispering so she doesn't wake y/n.
"Copia!"
"Sì, sì, I'm up I'm up" he yawns stretching his neck from sleeping in a weird position.

When he gets to his dorm Mountain is gathering his clothes off the floor to wear again today. He looks at Copia as he enters. "How is she?".
Copia rubs his eyes shrugging, "she was asleep".
Mountain nods sympathetically.

They wander down to the cafeteria, not many students are up but Copia spots Emily.
He grumbles and starts making his way over to her, Mountain grabs him by the shoulder, "It's not worth it C".
Copia shakes him off.
"Oh fucking hell" Mountain mumbles following him.

Copia pulls out a chair and sits next to Emily. "Proud of yourself are you?".
He watches her as she puts her spoon down not saying anything.
"Do you know how much she vomited from being concussed?" He clasps his hands together leaning back in his chair watching her.
She pulls a disgusted face "I'm trying to eat ratboy".
"She couldn't walk Emily".
She rolls her eyes "Im sure she was playing it up for your attention Copia".
"Oh fun, can I join?" Terzo moves to the other side of Emily.
"No-"
"I wasnt asking you".
Emily groans.

"How's y/n Copia?" Terzo pops the p in his name.
He leans forward, "Oh, you know, been vomiting, in a lot of pain, sleeping it off hopefully". He nods at Terzo
Emily moves her seat back.
"Uh uh" Terzo tuts holding the seat in place.
"Listen, Em, none of us know what your issue is, I don't want to assume it's my wonderful self your jealous of"
She scoffs at him.
He watches her "or maybe....." He glances over at Copia quickly "You want ratboy for yourself?" He pauses smiling at his own brilliance.
"Ah.." He nods smirking. Emily has an appaled look on her face but you can't fake embarrassment when it reaches your cheeks.
"Right, and you think attacking his girlfriend is the way to get through to him" Terzo nods, "Smart. Hey, look, it must he nice not to have to use your brain a whole lot, but back off".
Copia gets up from his chair and sighs "I doubt that, some people just want to watch the world burn".

"Is that a threat?" She glares at Terzo ignoring Copia.

He laughs "No Em, just asking you to be decent for once, you've done enough" he shrugs as he gets up.

The three walk off to get breakfast, joning the rest of the ghouls.
"Having fun?" Cirrus asks arms folded.
"No" Mountain mumbles sitting down.
"Youre being just as bad has her" Cumulus sighs at Copia and Terzo.
"We did nothing" Terzo puts his hands up "i just asked her to back off".
"And when does that ever work with assholes?" Sunshine groans.
Terzo snickers, "She's got the hots for our ratboy here". Copia rolls his eyes.
"Is that seriously why she attacked y/n?" Sodo asks.
Terzo shrugs.
"Shes derranged" Aether mumbles "What were you thinking Terzo?!"
"He wasnt" Rain says shaking his head "Well not with the right head anyway".
"I hope you've learnt your lesson bud" Swiss sighs
"I have, I have, fottuto inferno!"

Copia mumbles as he checks his watch. "You were with her all night dude" Mountain says watching him get up.
"Really?! That's so sweet!" Cirrus coos.
Copia shrugs "I promised".
"Go get her" Terzo slaps his back. Copia shakes his head laughing.

He walks quickly to the medical bay opening the door. "Goodmorning Copia" Sister Umbra smiles.
"She up?" He asks straight away not really waiting for an answer, he keeps walking.
"Yes dear, quickly now, there's not much time before class which I am not excusing you from" Sister Umbra calls after him.

He walks around to y/n's bed.
"Ah la mia bella ragazza", he notices the colour has come back to her skin, reaching out cupping her face leaning forward about to kiss her. She quickly covers her mouth and his with her hands.
"No!" She squeaks wide eyed.
He stops. "Why?"
"I haven't been able to brush my teeth since I vomited" she mumbles sheepishly.
He pulls her face forward kissing her gently on her forehead. She leans into him for a moment.
"Youre looking better cara" he smiles at her.
"No im not. You didn't have to come".
"Yes I did"
"You were here all night"
"I promised".
She chuckles.

"How are you feeling?" Copia asks holding her hand.
"I am actually feeling a lot better" she smiles. "Sister Umbra wants to keep me here for a little while, until lunch i think, I think she's worried about letting me out too soon again.." she continues to rant away about being cooped up.
Copia just watches her smiling having missed this side of her.
The bell goes and Copia groans. He brings her hand to his lips and then leaning forward to kiss her forehead again.
"Rest" he points at her.
She flops her hands down on the bed "Like I have anything else to do".
He chuckles as he leaves.

Y/n is flipping through a magazine Sister Umbra brought in for her. Reading an ad for Prince's new album Purple Rain she sips her tea turning the page.
"Good Morning"
Y/n looks up, it's Sister Imperator.
"May I?" She gestures to the chair.
Her eyes widen worried she's done something wrong "Of course".

It must have shown on her face Sister Imperator chuckles, "nothing is wrong" she sits down on the edge of the chair leaning forward clasping her hands together on her lap.
Y/n notices the similar features of her face in Copias.
"I came here to apologise"
Y/n's jaw drops.
Imperator smiles, "you see Emily has always been an outstanding student, she had me convinced" she tilts her head slightly re considering her words.
Y/n raises a brow, this isn't a great apology for being concussed.
"I had a few students come forward telling me they saw what happend."
She nods clearing her throat awkwardly. "I wanted to let you know I am very sorry for what happened" she looks at her hands.
"Emily is currently serving her punishment and will be for some time, what she did was unacceptable".
Sister Imperator stands fixing her skirt. She holds her hands behind her back.
"In situations like this where injuries occur on premises, parents are usually re embursed finacially." She pauses.

She reaches into her suit jacket pocket and hands y/n a form.
"We had your details transferred at your enrollment from the job you had, there will be $100 from us and $50 from the Gulliver's as an apology for Emily's behaviour, for whenever you need to use it" she claps her hand's together. "You have the next few days off schooling, use it to rest so you can join us on our trip to town" she smiles at y/n awkwardly.
"Thanks..." she mumbles.

Sister Imperator nods and walks out.
When she shuts the doors behind her she let's out a release of breath hanging her head for only a moment before picking herself back up and walking back to her office.
