Chapter 22: Sky Beauty

City High 'Sky Beauty' & City High 'Sky Pogi'.

Mayroon din for boys.

And I was shocked after I learned about that! Wala talaga kasi akong ka-ide-ideya. They never did rehearsals with us! Ngayon lang!

Mukhang intensyon nga 'to ng mga facilities eh. Kasi, dagdag information sa akin ni Joann; modeling or pageant here are mostly participated by girls, boys who has talent with it couldn't be recognized because the last councils give more attention to the girls in pageant. Kaya nga first time daw ulit ito after the many years- na 4 years lang naman daw since.

And it is more unexpected that those guys will be joining! Wala sa itsura- o hindi lang talaga ako makapaniwala? Very!

Damn! Damzo and Wendell!

"Tsk. Eh di wala na talagang surprisa?"

"Yes! For how many times?!"

Damzo pouted with his head's down. I secretly laughed at him when I saw it.

"Alright," our coordinator blew a heavy breath. "Well, the Teachers knew all about the 'Sky Pogi' and of course, aside for the other students in the campus. Kagustuhan 'to ng mga Teachers lalong lalo na ng ating Principal. They wanted the students to have some fun for tonight's program kaya no'ng in-add ito ni Pres at ipinaalam sa kanila, sila na rin mismo ang nagsabi na gawing surpresa sa mga istudyante."

Tumango-tango kami sa kanya habang nakikinig. Nasa ibabaw kami ng stage lahat, nakaupo sa sahig except for our coordinator.

"So, you guys. Keep your mouth shut up."

Wala na kaming naging reklamo or any more questions at nakinig na lang kami sa mga pinagsasabi niya. You can't deny us. Tigre siya.

Lumabas kaming lahat sa theater pass eleven o'clock, ni-remind niya kami uli na dapat two in the afternoon andoon na kami sa backstage, kung saan ang dressing room na gagamitin namin for our preparations mamaya. Lalo nga'ng na-excite ang lahat no'ng pinaalalahan niya kami.

Paglabas naming lahat parang bola na hindi ko na makita ang dalawa. Nakakatawa, almost all of the boys ay hindi namin kasama no'ng kumain kami sa cafeteria. I shrugged.

Next time na kami magchi-chikahan. Dapat 'yung lahat kami- huh? Lahat kami? Who's kami? Sino pa sa lahat kami?

Tsk. Tsk. I'm very disappointed. But well, some friendships doesn't need to talk about what kind of relationship they had. They don't need to confirm about it and really didn't need that talk. You just become friends with them naturally. Kapag tumagal na komportable na kayo sa isa't isa and will able to share about your complicated life... That's friends word define. Hindi sa kailan kayo tumagal, kundi sa pinagsamahan ninyo na hindi nagbabago. Sa pagtitiwala at pagiging tapat. They might be offensive sometimes pero mahal rin naman natin.

Gusto ko man na magtanong I think it's fine. We're natural naman na sa kanila so, I guess that's good. Kapag marami naman kasi, mas masaya 'yun.
