Bonnie's eyes fluttered open almost an hour later. When he awoke, to his surprise, he was laid out on the metal table of Parts and Service. Bonnie groaned at the aching in his gears as he sat up and glanced around.

"Bonnie, you're awake!" He heard Freddy's voice from his side. The bunny turned to him and could not help but smile at the overjoyed look on Freddy's face.

"Yup...I'm awake -" Bonnie was cut off as the bear had climbed on the table and caught his waist in a tight hug. He giggled at Freddy's enthusiasm and wrapped his arms around his neck to return the embrace. The bear nuzzled Bonnie's chest affectionately before pulling away to look him in the eye.

"What happened?? Why did you overheat? What got you so upset?" He asked worriedly. Bonnie glanced away, avoiding eye contact.

"I-I...I don't know if... I want to talk about it..." He muttered out. The bear sighed but nodded.

"You do not have to tell me right now...as long as you are feeling better." He reassured. Bonnie smiled back at him.

"Yeah. I-I think I am... thank you." He expressed to Freddy gratefully. The bear only chuckled and slid him towards the edge of the table until his legs hung off and pulled him closer for another softer hug.

Bonnie was beginning to realize how...affectionate Freddy was. It appears he really likes physical touch. Of course, Bonnie had no problem with this. He found it quite endearing. It just surprised him that this mostly quiet, hot-headed bear could be so soft. This was a side of Freddy he had only just started seeing, which he could only assume was because the bear had been so vulnerable with him. He trusted Bonnie. He looked to him for comfort.

Bonnie felt honored but also worried. He was alright, sure... but he wouldn't say he's perfect in the slightest. To have someone trust him so much was a lot of pressure. What if he screwed up? What if he betrayed their trust? What if he accidentally hurt them??

Bonnie did not want to call them 'official' yet. It is not that he doesn't feel the same or that he'd rather be bound to someone else. He still clung onto this fear that the Freddy he was speaking to was not the same. Though, this fear was dissipating more and more by the day as he witnessed his partner acting like himself again. In fact, Bonnie was beginning to feel like they were back at Fredbear's Diner sometimes. Bonnie still lived there, technically. A part of him was still there, literally and figuratively. But now he was beginning to feel that same joy and comfort with Freddy he had only experienced there.

Bonnie was released from his internal doubts as Freddy pulled away and glanced up at him in awe.

"F-Fred-? What's up, why are you looking at me like that?" He laughed nervously. Freddy blinked and turned his gaze away.

"Sorry! Sorry, I did not mean to be rude... I just..." He trailed off and glanced back into the bunny's eyes.

"Your eyes are just...really pretty-" He trailed off, his body beginning to heat up. Bonnie blinked in surprise at the compliment. He snickered at the praise, but deep inside, his whole system was fluttering. He felt like he was in zero gravity. He lifted a hand under Freddy's chin and offered him a fond look.

"Your eyes are beautiful, too." He smiled. Before the two of them knew it, they were subconsciously leaning in again. They shared a tender kiss. It was gentle, short, and sweet since they were beginning to feel more comfortable with this physical contact. They pulled away, and Freddy's hands slid to cup his cheeks to lean their faces in so their foreheads could connect. When they were close enough, they both gazed deeply into each other's eyes.

They were absolutely smitten for each other.

"GET OUT OF ME COVE!" Foxy scowled at the bunny. Bonnie only laughed and fell back where he was seated with the others. The others also found enjoyment out of the situation.

"Sorry, sorry! I'll keep up with the plot this time!" He promised. Foxy groaned.

"Stop interrupting me stories!" He huffed, stepping back to the center of the cove to finish his tale.

As the fox rambled on through his story, Bonnie suddenly felt an aching in his head. When he thought more about it, he suddenly 'woke up' in a familiar storage room. The storage room of Fredbear's Family Diner. His gaze was low, meaning he was on the ground.

Bonnie suddenly remembered what had happened there. He never got to see Fredbear again, and the place had never reopened. All he could do was sleep for years alone in a storage room. But now it's as if he woke up. Woke up to what...?

He felt an odd feeling of his whole body being turned and pushed from the inside. It felt so uncomfortable and new. He didn't understand it. By the time the feeling had finished, he realized something haunting.

Someone had climbed into the Spring Bonnie suit! There was someone taking control of him. Before he could delve into it more, he was interrupted by a loud cheer from Foxy and clapping from the others. The bunny was snapped out of his thoughts as Foxy finished the story. Chica nudged his shoulder gently.

"Hey, you ok there? You spaced out for a bit." She laughed, oblivious. The bunny did not even have time to process what he had seen. Whatever it was, though, he had a bad feeling about it. Something bad was coming.

But how does he explain that? How would he tell the others what he saw? No way they believe him! He was not even sure if what he saw was real anyway. But it felt so real....

He merely sighed and put on his fake smile he was beginning to grow better at portraying.

"Y-yeah, I'm fine. Just... weird thoughts." he brushed off. Chica shrugged it off and turned to speak to Foxy again. Bonnie, on the other hand, felt like he was going to be sick.
