Ashes... embers... flames...

Fire will burn everything.

His memories were a blur until this point. All he could remember was the new pizzareia, it seems like time flew so fast.

A new location with far more animatronics...he could not have predicted this outcome.

Just when he thought things were going well... just when he thought they could finally be happy...

He couldn't even see in front of him, he couldn't see anyone or anything through all the smoke. But he could feel.

His shaking grip on Freddy's hand tightened. Although he could not see his beloved partner...he could feel him. He could not find his other friends, but he had Freddy.

No words were spoken. If Freddy was awake, he had no way of knowing.

They had initially gone searching for the others when the fire was smaller. They had managed to find them, but everyone was quickly separated again.

There were many formerly sentiment now mindless animatronics hopelessly burning in the flames now. He had managed to find Freddy again by luck... but at that point, they had realized this was it. They were not going to find their friends... and they were not going to escape their fate. All they could do was wait. They sat down leaning against a wall, leaning onto each other and interlocking their hands. Freddy wrapped an arm around Bonnie's back tightly and used his other to grip onto Bonnie's like a lifeline. The bunny was shaking, trying his best to remain silent. They were terrified.

A small part of them were hoping at least their friends escaped... but what would happen after this? Would they ever come back?

Was this finally it for them?

The idea of shutting off and never coming back was horrifying to the bunny. He had suffered many nightmares of it. Of being shut off for good...of never waking up on a stage again. He feared 'death'.

But Freddy was holding him, which made it easier. As the flames started closing in, they held onto each other tighter, waiting for death to consume them.

In a final act of desperation,  Bonnie silently begged to himself. Begged to whatever would hear him, that this wasn't the end. That they would get another chance, just one more chance to be happy.

If he could just try again one last time to make things right, to make sure his family was safe and content.

He was willing to do anything for them. Anything to start over.

That was the last thing he remembered before everything went black.
