It was approximately 2:45 A.M. when Spring Bonnie was returned on the stage, much to the bear's relief. As usual, he patiently waited for them to be alone before moving.

When the men finally left, Fredbear rushed over and grabbed the bunny roughly by the shoulders. He shook Spring Bonnie gently but frantically.

"Bonnie, wake up! Are you hurt??" He asked. The bunny scowled and swatted his hands away.

"I'm awake, numbskull! I was just acting." He groaned, rubbing his head. The bear huffed but repeated his question.

"Are you ok...? What did they do to you-?" He asked. The bunny sighed.

"I-I don't know! One of them climbed inside of me or something-! It was an inspection!" He groaned. Bonnie then scowled and turned away from him again.

"Why would you care anyway." He muttered. The bear blinked in surprise.

"Well y-yeah, maybe I don't-" He responded lamely. He watched as the bunny visibly saddened at that and he almost regretted saying it.

Before he could muster something else to say the bunny somberly climbed off the stage to be alone.

"Where are you going??" Fredbear asked.

"I don't want to stay on the stage with you...they can put me back on in the morning." His voice shook. Fredbear blinked incredulously.

"You're really gonna sit on the floor over a stage?!" He laughed. The bunny plopped down against the wall and crossed his arms, but did not respond to the bear. He only huddled in on himself even tighter and turned away.

Fredbear just stood in awe as he realized the bunny was being serious. He couldn't think of what to say to make things better, nor did he want to apologize very much. He merely sighed and powered off.

It was day three now, they had brought Bonnie back on stage to start the day. The bear could not ignore how he refused to make eye contact with Fred at all. It made things especially awkward since they were supposed to be performing together and acting as friends.

Every second of the day the bunny ignored him made Fredbear more downcast, which affected how he behaved to the guests. He was lacking his usual energy.

But why was he so upset? He doesn't like the bunny!

...But why does he feel so guilty then?

The bear felt that same way as the building was finally cleared and they were allowed to move. As soon as he could, Bonnie made his way off the stage again. The bear just watched silently as he stubbornly crossed the floor and sat by the wall again.

"You know...that cannot be comfortable." The bear suggested.

Bonnie just huffed stubbornly.

"...they're going to be angry if you keep leaving the stage." Fred tried again. Spring Bonnie just shook his head.

"I'm fine here." Was all he said. The bear just rolled his eyes and stayed on his stage. Alarms were going off in his head that he should just apologize. Apologize for what though?

The bunny was the one hogging all of the attention...though, maybe Fred did overreact a bit. The bunny didn't seem like he had bad intentions. Whether he liked Bonnie or not, he felt horrible that he felt the need to sleep on the ground to get away from him.

They were competition, sure, but the bunny shouldn't have to sleep there alone, it just wasn't fair.

Fredbear begrudgingly climbed off the stage to approach him. When he made it across the room to the bunny he knelt down and sighed.

"Hey, Bonnie-?" He asked.

The bunny still did not face him, but he knew he was listening.

"Look...I'm sorry for overreacting the other day. You shouldn't be sleeping on the ground though, you'll dirty your fur and mess up your joints..." The bear said.

When the bunny still did not look at him he sighed in frustration. Bonnie was so stubborn.

"I was a numbskull, and I messed up. We don't have to be friends, but let's just be on slightly better terms, ok?" Fredbear finally admitted and offered his hand.

The bunny glanced at it suspiciously, as if to make sure he was being serious. After a few seconds, the bunny reached to shake his hand and stood up again. When he was up, he gestured for the bear to move, and they headed back towards the stage.

Although Bonnie was not talking to him, he was at least glad he wouldn't sleep uncomfortably again tonight.
