My first day of school

Amy pov

Morning sun had appeared in the skyline. I stepped my feet one after another in the green field behind the mansion. The scenery here was awesome. I could be here in the outside for the whole day.

But I couldn’t do it now. I had to prepare for the first day of school. It’s been so long after my last school day. I felt a little bit nervous. Girls my age had been entered the work life already. While I just getting start the college life. I hope I would do it well.

I reached the mansion and dropped my body on the porch. It’s fun, but I felt tired. This mansion had a very large yard. People could play golf here. Going around for several times already made my feet felt like a jello.

I managed my breath and calmed down my muscle. After made sure my body felt cool, I went into the mansion and walked several aisles to get into my room. I passed Henry who made breakfast which was asking me to get down soon after shower, and Edward who stealing the bacons Henry prepared, which was scolded by him soon.

“I win again, baby!” He yelled to me. I rolled my eyes and pretended I didn’t listen to him and just went into my room. We made a bet who reach the house first. He was so fast. He ran like a deer who was chased by a lion. I couldn’t match his speed.

“Don’t forget the bet!”

I could hear he shouted from the kitchen when I entered my room.

Damn! I usually ran fast enough. I didn’t think he could win the race with his big and heavy body. But I was wrong. He was so fast.

I entered the bathroom. I took off my clothes and stepped into the shower. The water loosened my muscles and I felt relax again. After that I dried my body with a towel and stepped into the closet. I pick an outfit for today. I didn’t have many options, but I thought I could choose some good outfits from my closet for today. I decided to wear a white shirt with long sleeves, brown short sleeveless sweater and a pleated skirt. This academia style was perfect for the first day of school.

I did a twirl. After felt satisfied, I went out to the kitchen. I didn’t see anyone here, but I heard a noise from the dining room. I went straight to there.

“I have a morning class and I think I should bring her with me.“

“That’s because you have morning class, so you should prepare for it. I will take her because I’m free this morning.“

“How about run a vote?“

“I didn’t think it’s good choice. Everyone wants to take her to school”

“I’m good. You can take her.”

“Why do you say that? You don’t want to take her?”

“I mean, if you want to bring her to school, it’s ok for me. If nobody could, I’m willing to do that.“

Their voices were loud, I could hear them from the kitchen. What are they doing? Planning a war? Preparing for the battle? I walked closer to the dining room and their voices started to dropped.

“Excuse me, guys. What’s happening right now?” I wondered what did they discuss about.

They kept looked at each other before Alex came up and looked me in the eyes. What am I gonna do now? He was so handsome and stared by him made me shivered. In fact, every single man in this room was very handsome and made me breathless.

“Amy!” Alex took my hand while still staring at me.

“Yes..” I answered breathlessly.

“Will you go to school with me?” Alex proposed me like proposed to her girlfriend. Everyone also looked at me expecting a reaction from me. If you were in my place, what would you gonna do? Die peacefully?
