3 hours later...
Madelynn's POV

I was awaken by the feeling of my body being lift off of a vehicle. "When is she expected to become conscious again Evienne?" A man with a heavy Russian accent asked my mother.

"Anytime within the next few hours but don't worry she'll be asleep for as long as we need."

A loud explosion was heard causing me to jump up in the hands of the man who was speaking with my mother. "'She'll be asleep for as long as we need' huh." He mocked my mother.

I quickly looked around my area to notice that we were now in the air and the car we were once in, in flames.

All the clothing mother packed, everything was on fire. The screwdriver my father gave me last year for my birthday was now in flames.

Tears started to form in my eyes as it was one of the few things I treasured dearly other than my father.

I fought to get out of the man's strong arms and was successful. Even though my mother was taking me somewhere else I still had a sense of security with her.

I hid myself behind her legs as my breathing was shaky and tears streamed down my face.

She looked down at me with her y/e/c eyes and a disappointed look on her face. "That's no way to be treating your new mentor. Apologies Lynnie."

I shook my head not wanting to apologize to a random stranger for holding me against my will.

My mother growing impatient slapped me across my face causing more tears to stream down.

Being fearful of my mother I scurried into a nearby corner, sobbing uncontrollably.

My mother gave me a look of disgust before making a phone call.

My sobs blocked out all the noise coming from her corner. I sat and begged God that dad would come and save me or was sending someone to collect me. All I wanted at that moment was to be in dad's arms.

1 hour later...

"Get a move on." The man ordered shoving me in the back with his gun.

My mother was ahead of me walking alongside two men similar to the one behind me.

We soon came to a halt outside of a door with a weird octopus emblem on either twin doors.

We entered the room to see a man in his 40s sitting at a chair facing the window. "Alexander Pierce is it?" My mother called out, grabbing the attention of the man who stood up from the chair.

He made his way to my mother, his blue eyes scanning me as he passed.

Evienne's POV

Alexander made is way next to me before whispering into my ear,"Is she the new test subject?" "That's if you have the vibranium?"

He chuckled at my question before turning to a guy in the corner who opened a briefcase to reveal 6 containers of vibranium.

A smile crept its way onto my red lips as I was handed the briefcase. "Well she's all yours now." I grinned turning to the child who was behind me.

Her y/e/c eyes filled with fear and sadness. I almost felt a ting of pity for the soul.

Alexander nod once signaling that the man should grab her hand. Once the man complied she tried to fight her way out but couldn't.

Madelynn's POV

Mother had this sick grin on her face. She was holding a briefcase and was making her way to the door.

"Mom where are you going? Why are you leaving me? Answer me?!" She then stooped to my level. "Lynnie mommy was running into some problems with her business so that nice man over there gave me an offer I simply couldn't refuse, and that involved you or this case here. So I chose the most logical answer, the briefcase." She said smiling. This wasn't the same person 2 years ago. That person would've traded her life for mine.

That person loved her family more than anything. As I stood there unable to move from shock she got up and walked out the door. She did the same thing her parents and grandparents did. Abandon their child.

I turned to face the 'nice man' I was shown before. He looked at me with a smirk before saying a line I heard my father feared.

"Welcome to HYDRA."
