Akaashi loved the bokuto's fr, he was best friends and care taker of bokuto kotaro and tutor of both bokuto and y/n. He liked y/n alot but he never confessed because he thought he wasn't prepared for it yet.
It was another day of him tutoring both of them so they don't fail, akaashi was like a father to both of them and he would remind bokuto to look after his sister at times because bokuto is too much of a careless person.
Y/n wasn't like her older brother entirely, she was a little sincere and intelligent compared to her elder brother who was a total goofed up emo owl, akaashi was tutoring them when bokuto kept throwing tantrums about how he wanted to watch a new movie with kuroo instead of studying, akaashi was losing his patience because bokuto kept getting louder and louder, akaashi slammed his palms on the table loudly making bokuto stop and y/n flinch as he began lecturing bokuto about his exams, bokuto went on his emo mode mumbling stuff to himself as akaashi sighed tired of this giant goofy emo.
After the frustrating tutoring session, akaashi let bokuto go and he ran like he was missing a train or something, akaashi laughed as he asked y/n if she was hungry and began making her something to eat, while he made himself some tea, y/n watched him cook as he did his work with focus, y/n suddenly said how handsome he looked cooking as he felt himself blushing like crazy after hearing her compliment.
Bokuto got home late with kuroo behind him tagging along just for amazing food akaashi would offer at bokuto's house since bokuto's parents were away for a few days akaashi was the parent and incharge of bokuto house, y/n taunted his elder brother for how he needs to be taken care of despite being so old, he then huffed as he said he can do everything akaashi does too, he tried making some eggs in his high hopes but failed, akaashi had to throw those burnt scraps away and kuroo laughed like a hyena teasing bokuto even more.
Y/n ate and akaashi made her sleep on time, as he tried making bokuto sleep too but he was instead interested in playing games with kuroo so he let the owl be and went to bed himself, while laying in bed he thought again about the compliment y/n gave him that day.
