( Sam's POV)

I finally have her to myself. There's no one that can take her from me.

"Hold on let me call my parents to tell them I'm going to be over at your house for a while" said Mon, pulling out her phone.

"Okay, put it on speaker" I said, still keeping my eyes on the road.

"Yes ma'am" replied Mon.

My self respect leaves when she calls me that.

I hear Mon dialing her father's number while putting it on speaker. Not long after her father replied.

"Yes honey?" Her father asked.

"Dad, I'm going to be staying over at my boss's house to finish some work, I don't think we'll take long but if we do I'll tell you" Mon replied.

"Ah okay, who's your new boss?" Her father asked. "Is it a male, Mon?"

"My name is Lady Sam, pleasure to meet you, sir. I'm sure you've heard about me." I replied to his question.

"Hello my lady, I didn't know you were my daughters boss" he replied, sounding apologetic.

"It's no big deal, I just want to ask permission to borrow your daughter for a while" I say, still having my eyes glued on the road and not moving them away.

"Of course yes you have my permission for whatever it is you always have my permission" her father replied.

"Dad! What if I was being kidnapped by lady Sam?" Mon said, being sarcastic.

"Well then feel honored Mon" her dad replied, laughing.

Their father-daughter bond is so cute I couldn't help but smile a little bit.

"Thank you for your permission sir" I say, snatching the phone from Mon. "I'll take very good care of your daughter, I promise"

"I know you will Lady Sam, it was a pleasure talking to you, also you can just call me dad" her father replied, laughing

Just then I hear a boy's voice in the background. "Dad who was it?"

My mood was instantly killed. I knew who it was and I also knew he was probably waiting for Mon.

I hung up the phone and gave it back to Mon.

"Is something wrong ma'am?" She asked, sounding worried.

"No, I'm fine" I replied. I felt a little bit calmer when I heard her voice.

Seeing her face brings me comfort, her presence makes me feel safe, her eyes are beautiful, her nose is perfect, her eyes shine brighter than the stars, her body is perfect, everything about this girl is just perfect and beautiful. I love her but she doesn't know that.

Ever since that day, I've loved her and I haven't stopped. I'll continue to love her today, tomorrow, and the day after that. I'll always love her no matter what and I'll keep on protecting her til the day I take my last breath.
