"What are you doing." Cyno narrowed his eyes at you who was spinning your bow around without a care in the world. "I'm doing what I want why do you care." You returned the same amount of attitude. "How did you even get in the Matra when you don't fight." He scoffed and you just rolled your eyes. "I can hit anything." You drew your bow and waited for the pyro energy to accumulate. The arrow filled with pyro energy turning it red along with the sand around you and the pyro insignia formed at the front. You released the arrow along with the built up Pyro energy sending you back a little. The red arrow sped through the sky and hit the bombs in a hillichurels camp a few hundred miles away. "There is that convincing enough for you." You smirked and walked away from the mad Cyno and You walked into a Treasure hoarder camp. "Yoo hoo."
"When did you get here." They all turned around shocked at how you got in without them noticing. "Your acting like there was door." You chuckled running your hands through your hair. "Anyway it doesn't matter since your all about to die." You gave a closed eye smile before burning everything with a single snap of your fingers. When the fire dispersed not even bones remained everything was ash. "You smiled and walked out of the no more camp and continued forward. "Don't you think that was a little cruel." Cyno stood in front of you with his arms crossed. "Why they were gonna die anyway." You walked past him bumping his shoulder a little.
You walked back to Sumeru city and headed to the Acidemia. You used the elevator and headed towards Azar's desk. "I'm tired of working with Cyno Why can't I work by myself." You slammed your hands on his desk and narrowed your eyes at the sage who didn't even look up from his paperwork. "We cannot completely trust you as of yet." You scoffed. "I was experimented on why would I go back to the Fatui." He shrugged his shoulders and did a shoo gesture with his hands.
"I hope you die in a fire." You left the acidemia and headed towards gandharva ville. "Oh y/n it's been awhile." Collei ran to give you hug and you waisted no time in wrapping your arms around her. "Hey Collei." You put your chin atop her head breathing in her scent. "Iv missed you." She let you go and looked at you worried "Y/n are you ok you seem kinda tense." You apologized and walked with her. "How have you been Collei." Once you asked she talked about everything she's seen in the last month. "Oh and Master Tighnari lowered my work loud cause my Elazar has been really bad." Your eyes widened and you stopped walking and grabbed her arm.
"Your ok right." She smiled and nodded. "How is your Elazar y/n" You looked down in shame and avoided her gaze. "Y/n... Y/n is something wrong.?" You moved the collar of your shirt revealing the gray scales on you neck. Collei gasped covering her mouth with her hands on the brink of tears. "Y/n we have to get you checked by Tighnari." She shook your shoulders and dragged you by your ear back the way you came. "I can't believe you let it get this bad tch and your the responsible one." man you haven't seen Collei this mad since when you yelled at Amber for giving you a hug.
She sat you on her bed and told you to stay while she ran to get Tighnari. Your eyes wandered around the room and landed on a picture of you, Collei, and amber all smiling in a photo on her desk. "Can't believe she till has that." After Tighnari checked you up and lectured you about your health you left after all you still had work to do despite Collie's protest. Once arrived at the dessert you met up with cyno and continued on. "Tighnari told me about your illness so you won't be doing as much work." You rolled your eyes and walked in front of him heading to the next camp.
You were just about done work when you stopped. "Y/n hello what are you doing." Cyno reached for your shoulder but you slapped his hand away, you looked scared no terrified. "Don't touch me." You turned back around and readied your bow breathing heavily. "Y/n what's the matter." You drew your bow but instead of a red arrow it turned black with a snack coiling around it. You eyes were fogged with a black haze making you seem much more serious then normal. "Y/n we've been sent to get you." You released your arrow hitting one of the six fatui soldiers. Cyno also readied his weapon. "Lord Dottore personally sent us." You froze your breathing stopped and you dropped you bow just his name made you remember those memories. Being tied down and experimented on like a rat. You were nothing but test subject in his eyes. Your face lowered as the land around filled with black snakes. "I am never going back." The snacks wrapped around the Fatui soldiers, around their necks arms and legs. "Y/n don't kill them." You snapped out of your thoughts as Cyno valiantly shook you. The snakes dispersed releasing the Fatui and you fell onto Cyno' s chest losing all your energy from your Archon residue taking control.
"Y/n wake up." Collei woke you up from your rest. "Oh thank the Archons." She pulled into a hug. "Cyno carried you all the way here." You gave Collei some head pats and a small smile. "Did he now guess I'll have to thank him next time I see him."
