The end. Chevelle swallowed hard, gazing down at the blank tear-splashed pages she still had to fill with words.
"I can't do this," she whispered. But I need to. Whoever ends up finding this needs to know what happened. Even if nothing comes of it, even if nobody can right the wrong committed against Wicken and I, at least they'd know an injustice was done.
If anything, it would help to fuel the fire of her vengeance. Because whoever was responsible for taking Wicken away from her would have to pay.
