Yeosang felt so uncomfortable.
Jongho sat across him in his office, staring at him like he could see his soul from outside of his body as he tapped his finger on some statue he had on his table. His office was spacious with a lot of books and a lot of papers with some paintings. After all, it seemed pretty expensive and smelled so much like Jongho.
Yeosang is already getting dizzy just by inhaling his smell.
Does he want me to talk first?...
Yeosang looked up for a split moment, pulling his head down to look at his lap when he saw Jongho staring at him with his head tilted to the side. He didn't even move ever since they sat down, instead just sitting in his chair like a king and crossing his legs. Jongho is really an unpredictable man.
Yeosang shook his leg up and down in under the table, slowly getting more and more impatient and stressed as they just sat there in silence.
"I told you that you can look at me." Jongho spoke suddenly.
Yeosang blushed, remembering the scene from earlier. Jongho just said how he was joking before proceeding to lead him to his office, but Yeosang can't forget it.
"Sorry.." He mumbled as he looked up, but still keeping his head pretty low.
Jongho didn't make a single sound as he leaned over and placed his arms on the table. He looked to Yeosang, and the male never wished he could melt into a chair.
"Stop apologizing to me."
Yeosang exhaled. "Sorry-...."
He stopped himself in the middle of the sentence, realizing what was he doing and just staring at Jongho for a moment before looking away. Just something about that guy always made Yeosang nervous.
"It's a habit, huh?" Jongho asked.
Yeosang didn't answer, instead keeping his gaze away and pretending like he didn't hear anything he just said.
"Yeosang-"
"What did you want to talk about?"
Yeosang was the one to cut Jongho off now. He looked up to him, playing with his fingers as he waited for Jongho to say anything. The male just stared at him for a couple of seconds before leaning in his chair with a sigh. Yeosang somehow thought it was more of an annoyed one than a normal sigh.
"I told you I don't want to hurt you. I'm glad you and your friend are staying here, after all it makes me feel good knowing that you will be safe."
Yeosang gulped. He had a question in his mind, but he wasn't sure if he should ask Jongho or not. He rubbed his wrist to calm down before making his mind.
"How are you so sure we are safe here?.." He mumbled.
Jongho turned his neck, now looking straight at Yeosang and making the male bite his inner cheek. He suddenly leaned closer, placing his arms on the table and still looking at Yeosang with his beautiful eyes.
"Do you really think one man, an addict who barely is staying alive, is able to hurt you ever again when you are staying here?" Jongho asked.
Yeosang wasn't sure what to answer once again. He knew that Jongho is serious, but was he 100% sure? Jongho is right after all. Minwoo is barely keeping himself alive, he doesn't have a job and barely has money.
It is his problem. Not Yeosang's anymore.
"He will never think of coming near you again while you are here with me. I can assure you that, and I really don't mind giving safety to you and your friend."
