It was awfully quiet when Yeosang entered the house.

He went to buy some cosmetics, mainly makeup he needed after the job and came back a little later than usual. But whenever he came back, the house was filled with someone talking or just the maids cleaning something. Now nothing was heard.

Yeosang furrowed his eyebrows, shaking his head before he walked upstairs. He didn't really want to hurry since he was too lazy and tired, but Yeosang stopped when he walked past by the meeting room.

"-and then? We attack them, get rid of that asshole and then?"

"Then we get the money and go to Busan. We must work quickly, and everything must be ready even before it." Jongho replied back.

Busan? Money? It seemed like a plan they were talking about or making it up. Yeosang knew it was rude to eavesdrop, but he was just curious as to what they were speaking about. 

"And what about Yeosang?" Seonghwa's voice asked.

Yeosang furrowed his eyebrows as he leaned closer to the closed door, trying to hear what else were they talking about.

"Yeah. Yeosang is here also, what about him?" Hongjoong agreed.

Someone sighed. "I think you should tell him the truth. He would better hear it from you then to find out by himself."

It was San who said it, and Yeosang felt so confused. What plan? What about him? Everyone knew about it already? And what about him? Yeosang knew the had some kind of the plan ever since the beginning.

"I can't tell him yet. I can't lose him right now." Jongho replied.

Yeosang's heart skipped a beat. Jongho? Losing him? What the hell are they even saying? And what does he have to do with any of their job?

"But you know it's wrong towards him, right?" Yunho butted in.

"I know." He paused.

"But I can't just tell him I let him stay with us because I wanted a revenge on Junseo. How am I supposed to tell him that?"

Yeosang's heart stopped working for a second. What was he even talking about? What revenge? And who was even Junseo?!

"Jongho, it's obvious he likes you from literally miles away. You really want to break his heart by telling him that you only used him for that?" Seonghwa asked.

Yeosang already felt tears come up his eyes. He knew it. He knew it from the start that something here was so wrong, and yet Yeosang decided to make that same mistake.

"I promise I'll tell him after the mission is done." Jongho replied.

Yeosang's breath hitched. What about losing him? What mission and what was going on? He is slowly starting to become afraid, listening as the members of Horizon continued to talk about something. That same Junseo guy was mentioned, and Yeosang started to wonder what was going on with them and that guy.

Yeosang's heart burned. He is feeling so much things at once, mainly being confusion and shame on himself for being so blind. How didn't he notice they had a plan? A guy like Jongho won't give anyone help if he didn't need anything in return.

Yeosang felt like his heart will jump out of his chest. The tears started filling his eyes at the thought of not being able to fall in love with someone who loves him the same.

"Meeting dismissed, you can go now." Jongho said.

It was a cue for Yeosang to go away, but his feet remained stuck to the floor. It was like he was paralyzed. The door opened, and Yeosang's eyes were met with Jongho's. The male felt so small suddenly, clenching his fists.
