Yeosang didn't know where Jongho was.

It was his birthday and their 6th-month anniversary today, and Jongho was no where to be seen at all.

All of the members gave Yeosang little things he liked as gifts (the discount on fried chicken in his favorite restaurant he got from Wooyoung) and gave him a lot of hugs for his birthday, but Jongho?

No one knew where he was, or what he was even doing. He just left in the morning without saying a thing to anyone.

And it made Yeosang worried. What if something happened?

Jongho usually doesn't leave if he doesn't say where he is going, and now he just left without saying anything to anyone. Yeosang knows he is going to be okay because he trusts him, but Jongho being that distant from him is making him worried.

Should he be anyway? Jongho promised he will tell him everything today.

But that doesn't mean he is lying or anything. Maybe Yeosang is just too skeptical of it because he has been acting weird lately. It kinda made him upset. Jongho was the one who promised to tell him about the truth no matter if it's his birthday or their anniversary, and now?

Yeosang was exactly afraid of that. He wanted to spend his birthday in peace, but no.

Jongho wasn't replying to his messages or calls, not even from Horizon members and Yeosang was genuinely upset now. It's been almost hours and he still wasn't back.

Despite having a nice cake and drinks with his other housemates, Yeosang was very upset. His boyfriend was missing his birthday, or even worse, their anniversary.

It was night, and Yeosang sighed when he turned off his phone and threw it on the couch.

"Yeosang?" Seonghwa asked.

The male raised his head, humming in response and waiting for the older to continue.

He smiled. "Can you come and help me with something outside?"

Yeosang furrowed his eyebrows. What did he need help with at this time? It was almost 9pm.

He nodded. "Sure."

Seonghwa gave him a smile before he proceeded to walk outside in the garden with Yeosang following behind. He didn't know what Seonghwa needed help with specially since all of the other members were gone, and he just wanted to help his hyung out.

Yeosang kept his head low, a various of thoughts going on in his mind as he walked behind Seonghwa.

He raised his head up when he realized there was no sound heard anymore.

Yeosang furrowed his eyebrows when he saw Seonghwa was nowhere in sight, and instead there was Jongho.

He was keeping his hands in his pocket and looked serious before he smiled at Yeosang. The male suddenly felt so relieved when he saw him. He knew he would be okay.

There was a table set behind him with dim lights there following by candles and flowers as decorations on the table.

Yeosang's heart fluttered. He smiled back and walked towards Jongho, not even saying a thing and instead just wrapping his arms around Jongho's torso. The male chuckled as he hugged him back, pressing a kiss on his head as Yeosang placed it in his nape.

"What's wrong?" Jongho asked as he kept giggling.

Yeosang shook his head. "You're back.."

Jongho hummed as he kissed his head again, rubbing his back and keeping Yeosang still close.
