IGrabbed my book and showed him some of my writing the songs I wrote last year when Mason became abusive I have 6 songs about it deep in my book hewas reading some of them I watched him be so interested. In It, I sat there not knowing what to say. He looked up from the book and gave me a comforting smile. He said he was glad I was able to turn my pain into something beautiful. I have never let anyone read my songbook before. Play something for me? He asked, I smiled and said yes, and I got up. I sat down at the keyboard and began to play. His eyes widened in surprise as I sang. I smiled back and continued playing, feeling proud of my performance. I ended with a flourish and bowed to him. i could listen to your voice for hours he said i blushed and hid my face in his neck dont say I'll turn tomato i said he chuckled im being honest he said i just laughed we talked a bit more and we got to know each other a lot more. We spent the entire evening together, talking about our dreams and ambitions. We laughed and joked, and it felt like we had been friends for years. we had settled on a movie downstairs on the couch we cuddled up they pressed play on the notebook of my favourite movie. We were so in sync that it felt like we had known each other forever and had the same interests. We both agreed on the movie, and it felt like the perfect way to end the evening, cuddling up together and watching a movie.
