The Change(Part 2)

(Soffia's Pov)
Three days later

It's as my life flashed before me. I watched as every memory of my mother and I played through my head when I met Jasper and Alice came flashing through my head. It's like I relived those memories for a moment. I can feel my heart beat one last time before my eyes snap open, I sit up and look around noticing all the new senses I never had before. Looking around I notice I'm in our room in Denali.

I make my way to the mirror in the room making my way there so quick without realizing it. Looking at myself in the mirror I see how pale my skin has gotten and how my eyes have changed from brown to crimson. "Wow you look beautiful Soffia" I hear Alice say from beside me, whipping my head towards her I quickly wrap my arms around her and nuzzle my face into her neck.

"I've missed you sweet girl" Alice says, kissing my head and hugging me back, "Where did you go?" I ask as I pull away and look at her, "we will talk about that later love I promise but we should probably have you hunt now" Alice says looking at me, after she says that I quickly realize how my throat feels and how thirsty I am.

"Let's go baby" Alice says as she quickly takes off, I follow right behind her feeling the cool air hit my cold skin. Feeling the wind in my hair I take in the scents around me, Snapping my head as I see a fox from far away. Sneaking my way towards it I hide behind a tree watching as it sniffs the ground around it, before having a second to think about it I lunge towards it and sink my teeth into its neck.

Alice waits as I finish and I get up going over to the water near us and wash my face off, "How do you feel?" Alice asks, coming up behind me, "Amazing" I say looking towards her. "It's not how I imagined I would be turned but now that I am I can be with you and Jasper forever" I say moving towards Alice to kiss her.

She kisses me back this kiss holding the most passionate and yet delicate kiss we've had, pulling away I smile and look around me. "This is truly amazing, I love you Al '' I say, holding her hand tightly in mine. "Baby you are very strong right now, loosen your grip" Alice says chuckling, I quickly loosen my hold on her hand and laugh.

"Sorry" I say, kissing her cheek, "Where's Jasper, why wasn't he here when I woke up?" I ask as we begin walking back to the house, "We weren't sure how long you would be and Jasper has been upset with himself since you got shot and how he bit you and thought he wouldn't stop love" Alice explains.

"But it wasn't his fault, I don't want him to beat himself up over something he couldn't control and I know he would've been able to stop" I say looking at her. "I know baby, once you get back you can talk to him I know he won't truly believe it unless you talk to him" Alice says rubbing the back of my hand with her thumb. "Al after I talk to Jasper, you'll tell me why you left?" I ask, "Yes I will, I'm sorry I left without telling you but it was urgent" she says as I see the house in our view.

"It's okay Al, wanna race?" I ask wiggling my eyebrow toward her, Alice chuckles "go!" she shouts without warning and takes off, laughing. I quickly follow right behind her and start to pass her waving before making it to the door before her, sticking my tongue out at her and I smile. "I win" I say cheerfully,

"Yeah yeah it's just because newborns are faster" Alice says rolling her eyes and slightly shoves me, I fake pout "Rude" I say, "oh faker" Alice says laughing before opening the door for me, "Soffia!" I hear Rosalie say coming over to me and bringing me into a hug, giggling I wrap my arms around her "Hi Rosie" I say.

"How are you feeling" she ask releasing me from the hug, "I feel amazing, besides you know the pain from dying" I joke softly, Rosalie rolls her eyes and hugs me again "Missed you little bunny" She says before kissing my temple, "Missed you to Rosie" I say, I feel someone lift me up from behind. Screeching loudly I giggle, "Hi Shorty" Emmett says.
