Song: Five More Minutes- Scotty McCreery
If it makes you nervous, you're doing it right.

Miles's POV:

You know when you start high school, and everyone tells you to enjoy the years because it goes by quickly? And you tell them, no it doesn't, I'm ready to be done with school, blah blah blah.

Yeah, listen to those people. I swear just yesterday we were freshmen not knowing our way around the school, and now we are seniors about to graduate. Tomorrow.

"Kenzie!" Dravon shouts, and she gives him the 'what the hell look.' "Can us four have a sleepover tonight? My moms off and said she will watch Kinsler. And we've never had a sleepover with just us." He tells her, and she rolls her eyes.

"What's going on with you three? All day you three have been stuck to me. Why?" She asks, and he looks at me.

"Because Kenz, we are beyond nervous to graduate!" Dravon expresses dramatically, and she laughs. "It's not funny." He tells her, and she laughs harder.

"You guys are acting like puppies because you're nervous to graduate?" She asks, and we nod yes. "Oh my God, and here I thought you were planning to kill me." She jokes, and we  laugh.

"Can we send the kids to my moms? Please?" Dravon asks, stretching out the 'please.'

"Fine. Only, and only if I tell her she doesn't have to." She says, and he stares at her.

"Ummmmm, about that. It was my moms idea. She said us four haven't hung out alone since you've moved here, and she thinks we all could use a night child free." He says, and she nods.

"And let me guess, she's on her way and that's why you're just now suggesting it?" She asks, and gives her a lopsided grin. "Of course. Why would you actually suggest it when she first gives you the idea?" She snaps, and he shrugs.

"I knew you'd say no. I figured you'd still say no, so I brought it up when my mom was almost here." He explains, and she rolls her eyes. "I'll tell Kinsler to pack a bag." He says, gets up, and goes to Kinsler's room. Kenzie stays quiet, and so do I.

I've been pretty quiet all day though. Trying to wrap my head around the fact that tomorrow, I am officially done with school. Done with pointless classes that will not help me with anything in life. Done with girls hitting on me because of my 'bad boy' reputation, I don't even know how I got it, and I don't really care.

The point is, in less than twenty four hours, I am done with high school, and moving on to my next chapter.

"What's going through your big head?" Kenzie asks, and I laugh.

"Just thinking about how tomorrow we close a chapter, and start a new one. All five of us are closing a chapter in a way. Us four are closing our childhood chapter, we're closing our hometown chapter, and our family drama chapter. You, Kinsler, and I are closing a chapter of trauma. Eli's closing a chapter of absent parents. Dravon's closing a chapter of being the man of the house. It's so many things, and only one chapter." I tell her, and she nods.

She goes to say something, but there's a knock on the door. She announces she's got it, and gets up. When she returns, she has Ms. Brown with her.
