Lets Fly Away

***********************************

Let's fly away

Come fly with me,

l et's fly,

let's fly away

The sun was lazily lifting up from behind the city jungle casting soft hues of purple and orange entwined with some reds and yellows among the array of other colors. It was always the most beautiful thing to witness from above any surface. The huge planet next was still reflecting the soft hues off the moon that was soon going to be chased away by the second sun rising.

The soft transfer from absolute high rises to low planes of green and finally the lushness of the forests laying their further way. Nate lowered their flight altitude and relaxed the craft into autopilot cruise mode. Now it was all the way to the mountains. They left the city behind about an hour ago and for the next several hours they'll be seeing endless greens. There was a location he was hoping to get safe and sound for all of their sake.

Noel had kept awake the longest, letting the soft moonlight illuminate his frame and mind deep in thoughts.

Neal had exhausted himself the fastest but he kept silent all the way. Nate took a look back where his twin was cuddled into the side of Noel as the other man dozed gently leaning into Neal. Nate stifled a yawn and turned back to keep watch over his fellows. So far things went as smooth as possible. They avoided traffic and radar systems monitoring for intruders. He made sure to prepare every passcode he could. Luckily the planet was still standing so maybe they did manage some good back there.

Once they all made the way to his location there will be talking about stuff and everything. But for now they just had to hold on and move on.

Nate lazily watched the forest sparkle in the light and color as the sun rose higher and higher in the sky. It felt like hours upon hours of the incredible color show as the second sun rose above horizon lending another spectrum of coloring the land below its feet.

All the specks of greens and reds intwined by purples and blues shone brighter as the hours passed by.

The Albus-7 was ginormous planet. It had incredible nature display and so many different terrains. It was so similar to Earth but also so much more diverse.

There were huge glaciers, endless deserts, wide forests, grand lakes and oceans, dizzying high cities, so many cultures and surprisingly easy ways to disappear.

Maybe they could stay after all...

Once I get you up there

Where the air is rarefied

We'll just glide

So starry-eyed

It was a stray sun ray reflecting that woke him up. For a while he was just confused of what was going on. But it took a moment to realize he was still on the same aircraft he left the building and his life behind.

It was just hitting him now.

He was no longer tethered to his past and even had found a piece of his past he didn't know existed. It was still all covered in great mystery. And he hoped from now on even less.

As his eyes slowly glided over the picturesque landscapes of forests never seen like that before he realized his twin was now dozing off at the controls and the other man was basically snuggled in his side.
