Part 21

Clarke's Pov

When Alex walks into his bedroom he locks it before I can reach him and he just looks so broken right now . Fenrir was his companion and best friend and just like that Alex lost the last thing he had from his mother and the life before the bombs. 

Hearing sobs come from the other side of the door my heart just breaks .

"Alex open the door please " I try to plead but I don't get a response and I know he needs time and to be alone but I wish he would let me in .

I'm still mad at what happend between us but I wouldn't wish this on anybody, and I just know there is more to the story between him and Lexa . 

"I'm here for you , when you want find me . " I say and I slowly start backing away from the door where I can  still hear the sobs come from .

As I walk back into the throneroom I see only Lexa is there , the body of Nia is gone and so is Fenrir's head all that can be seen is the blood laying on the floor . 

"Where's Alex? " Lexa asks me and I just walk onto the balcony to look down on the people of Polis. 

Feeling a presence next to me I keep my eyes fixated on the city and release a breath I didn't know I was holding .

"He locked himself in his room " I whisper and Lexa slowly nods at my awnser .

"I'll go " Lexa says but before she can  step away I grab her arm stopping her .

"He needs time Lexa,  he just lost the last thing that reminded him off his mother and the life he had . When he's ready he will show himself ." I say and I see her slowly nod .

"What do we do now " I whisper . Alex just killed the ice nation's queen . Roan is their king now and his army is only a day away from Polis. 

"We wait " Lexa says

3 days later

Alex hasn't left his room in 3 days and we are all starting to worry about him servant's leave food infront of the door and during the night he takes it but that's about it .

Roan has ordered his army to go back home and with that the treat of Azgeda is gone . I've just been worried about Alex I'm not sure he will be the same once he comes out that room .

He's lost everything the life he had before the bombs , his mom and now Fenrir . 

Alexander's Pov

It's been tree days and the whole room is trashed blood is on the walls from me hitting it and I'm coverd in my own blood .

I haven't left the room , all I do is at night is take the food but I haven't taken more then 4 bites from it .

He's gone , the only one who I still had after the bombs , mom is gone I never knew my dad my grandparents passed away when I was young . It was just me and mom for years and when she was on her trips I was alone untill I found Fenrir that day in the woods he was so small and all by himself . I kept my distance for hours looking if his mother would come back but she never did so I walked up to the wolf pup and the moment he saw me I would have expected him to run but he didn't. 

He just sat down and it was as if he was looking straight into my soul before he walked over to me . When I picked him up I just knew he was mine , it was him and me against the world but now he's gone .

Just like that gone

I'm not strong enough to deal with this pain it's killing me , so I'm just gonna turn it off I'm done feeling this way .

Opening the door of the room I walk out in my bloodied clothes and the gaurds look my way as if I'm crazy . Keeping my head up I walk towards the throneroom and push the doors open .

"Alex " Clarke yells as she sees my state , as she practically runs over to me she starts moving her hands over my body in  search for any injuries but I just push her hands off my body .

Looking forward I see everyone has shock written all over their faces but I just ignore it as i walk forwards towards Lexa who's sitting on her chair .

"I'll accept whatever punishment you seem fit  Heda " i say as I kneel down infront of her  .

"Leave us " she says and with that everybody starts walking out and soon the only people in the room are me , Lexa Clarke and Titus. 

"There is no punishment, people are praising you for killing the tyranny that was Queen Nia " Titus says and I just stay down on my knees .

"Alex let me check you for wounds " Clarke says as she moves over to me and gets down on her knees . 

"I'm fine " I say and just stand back up again.  Looking at Titus I know there is still something that needs to happen . I gave my word .

"Arrange the ceremony,  I want it done within the next week " I say and I think I've just heard multiple jaws hit the bottom of the tower .

"Your still grieving Alex " Lexa says but I just scoff at her . "I'm only holding up my end of the deal wife "

"What do you mean deal " Clarke asks as she furrows her brows and I don't even look her in the eyes .

"It doesn't matter , Titus see that it happens " and with that I turn around and start walking away from the three who are probably in shock right now .

"Alex it does matter "I hear Clarke yell as she tries to grab my arm but I just jank it away and send a glare her way .

"Nothing matters anymore " I say and with that I walk out of the room  .

Making my way into my room again I wash my body before putting on a fresh set of clothes .  Hearing the door open and close I'm waiting for Lexa to scold me but I'm surprised when I come face to face with Clarke who's looking around the room as if it's a battle field .

"Alex , please talk to me " she pleads as she stands infront of me . Not looking her in the eyes I move away from her but she grabs my wrist and pulls me back .

"I do not wish to talk Clarke Kom Skaikru  " I say with no emotion,  and I see her furrow at my words .

"What did you mean with your part of the deal " she says and I just roll my eyes at her " It doesn't matter "

"It does , so talk " she more yells then asks and she needs to leave me alone before I'm gonna say shit I may regret .

"Please " she whispers as she wraps her arms around me and I just stand there frozen in place . 

"Let go off me " I groan out as I try to pull the girl off of me but she just holds me tighter .

"Clarke let go "

Feeling her pull away I try to walk away but I'm soon pushed on the nearby bed .  And within a second she's straddling me and smashes our lips together .

Pulling away from the girl I take her hands off my face and look her straight in the eyes .

"I'm not doinf this ." I say as I move her off my lap and with that I walk out the room  . 

As I make my way back into the throneroom I see Lexa standing by the balcony and I slowly make my way over to her. 

"She kissed me " I state as I place my hands on the railing and  look at the people doing there every day things .

"I did not kiss her back tho " I continue and I feel Lexa wrap her arms around my abdomen .

"I don't blame her for caring for you " Lexa says and I look down at the girl who has her arms wrapped around me .

"Your a good man Alex " she continues and I scoff at her comment .

"I'm starting to think there are no good people Heda "
