Part 46

Alexander's Pov

Walking into the throneroom with Lexa by my side I see all clan leaders are already here including of course Clarke don't ask me when she arrived in Polis. 

"Heda" They all say as they bow their heads and me in Lexa walk up the steps.

"We've found the bunker" Lexa says and well they all look suprised as they look up with wide eyes. 

"It's not big enough for all of us "I continue and well don't think they are pleased with the anwser. 

"So our people will die " one of the clan leaders bites our way , and well he is right many people will die .

"Each clan will get 100 spots in the bunker " Lexa says and well i think all jaws just hit the bottom of this stupid tower .

"100 people that's it " Roan states and well I think we all wished for more spots but we are running out of time .

"Do you have a better idea " I bite his way.  " a conclave who ever wins will get the bunker " he says and I see most people nod their heads in agreement. 

"Roan 12 clans 1200 places this is the only way" I say and the man just scoffs at me .

"Do you people know how to take care of the farm? Fix things when they are broken . Sure some have basic knowledge but that won't do it " I state and some heads nod in agreement. Sure people have been learning from Skaikru but it's just basic knowledge. 

"There will be no conclave , choose wisely you have 5 days ." I say and they all nod their heads at me .

"You are all dismissed " Lexa says and they all start leaving the room . Releasing a sigh I take a seat on Lexa's stupid chair and lay my head back .

"There is something else on your mind " Lexa says as she walks over to me .

Well yes there is I'm not gonna spend 5 years in the bunker my mom was murdered.  And sure some call me Alexander Kom Skaikru but I don't really belong to a clan , I would rather have a child take my spot then me after everything. I just don't think some people will accept it .

"It's nothing " I mumble and I feel the girl straddle my lap . "Talk to me Alex " she whispers as her fingers track my jawline .

"1200 people that's it " I mumble to her.

"It's better then none " she says and well she's right but still thousands will die .

"I know , just wish we could have saved more " I whisper .

"I need to do something I'll see you soon" I say as I place my hand on her cheek and connects our lips together .

Pulling away from the kiss I slowly stand up with her in my arms and place her down in the chair . Walking out of the room I head back towards the temple and see Anya and Indra. 

"Heda " They both say with and I motion for them to follow me .

As we walk back into the bunker my eyes move towards the place it happend ,and I feel tears start to well in my eyes. 

"I need your word , what's being said here is staying between the three of us " I state as I tear my gaze back to them .

" You've got our word , heda " Indra says and I see Anya nod in agreement. 

"Promise me you'll protect them " I say and their eyes widen in confusion.

"That no mather what you won't let them follow me " I say and they both realize what I'm trying to get at .
