Part 45

Alexander's Pov

"There's a bunker here " I practically yell and Lexa looks at me with shock written on her face .

"Her pod landed here, there's a bunker in Polis " I continue , seeing Lexa's eyes widen realization washes over her face .

"But where" Lexa says as she starts pacing around the room .

Walking over to the girl I wrap my arms around her "we will find it Lexa " I say as I give her a smile.

"Keep this between us , from the memories I saw it's a big bunker we don't know what the clan leaders will do if they find it before us . " I say and Lexa nods her head in agreement. 

"Get Anya and Indra and start searching . I'll head out to Arkadia right now and see what's going on ." I whisper . Leaning down I soflty peck her lips .

"Just be safe Alex " she whispers as she lays her head on my chest.

"I will " I whisper , slowly pulling away from the girl I give her a smile and start grabbing my swords .

"I'll be back tomorrow " I say and with that I walk out of the room .

Walking trough Polis I reach the stables and the stable boy comes over with Rolo .

"Here you go heda" the boy says and  I give him a thankfull smile before getting on Rolo. 

Riding out of Polis I start the 6 hour journey towards Arkadia and well I hope they have good news .

8 Hours Later

Reaching the gate of Arkadia the gaurds open it once they see its me and I make my way into the camp .

"Commander " Kane says as he walks over to me and I roll my eyes at him " it's Alex,  Kane "

"Well you are the commander " he says , dismounting Rolo I walk over to the man and we shake hands .

"So I was needed " I say and he motions me to follow him into the ship . As we walk trough the halls we reach the large room with the oval table and I see Clarke and Abby sitting there .

Taking a deep breath I sit down in a chair and just hope the news they have is good but their faces tell me a diffrent story .

"You have news?" I ask Abby

"It didn't work , we couldn't test the second sample " she states and my eyes furrow why couldn't they do the tests?

"Why couldn't you test it?" I ask her , seeing Abby's eyes move between me and Clarke .

"I broke the radiation chamber " she whispers and my eyes widen .

"Why the hell would you do that " I practically yell as I stand up and start pacing around the room . I let her put a needle in my butt and she smashes that stupid chamber,  why the hell would she even do that.  Wait no she wouldn't. 

"You injected yourself " I say as I stand still and my eyes find Clarke's. 

"Yes" she whispers and I kick the nearby chair sending it into the metal wall .

"You fucking idiot " I snap at the girl and she looks down in shame . Of course Abby would not test her daughter if it meant she could die . But now if me and Lexa don't find the bunker we will all die .

"Alex calm down " Abby says but that weren't the right words as I feel anger consume me .

"Calm down ? Did you really just tell me to calm down . I'm trying to find a way for humans to survive and you destroy one of the possible solutions. " I yell at her . Shaking my head I walk out of the room leaving the three probably with their jaws on the ground .
