Part 23

Alexander's Pov

The next morning

"Alex wake up " I hear someone whisper but I just ignore it as my eyes stay closed .

"Alex " I hear Lexa whispers as I feel her trace her fingers over my  jawline .

"Let me sleep Lexa " I groan out as I  turn on my side and nestle my head further into the pillow . 

"Come on we need to get ready "she says and I notice she slowly gets out of the bed while I just keep my eyes closed .

30 minute's later. 

"Alex you ready? " I hear someone yell and the door opens and closes . Oke so I may or may not have drifted back into sleep but I'm just so comfortable right now .

Blinking my eyes open i stretch my body out and release a satisfied groan .  Slowly sitting up I come face to face with Clarke who's standing infront of the bed .

"Why are you here ?" I ask her as I slowly move the covers from myself  and I see her eyes move over my body. Since I'm only wearing some shorts .

Releasing a small chuckle I slowly stand up and grab my clothes before walking into the bathroom to do my morning routine and get dressed . 

As I finish my morning routine and walk back into the room and see Clarke is still standing there .

"Hello Clarke " I say and her head snaps into my direction and I see a small blush on her cheeks . 

"We are ready if you are "she says and with that she walks out of the room . Grabbing my swords I strap them onto my back.  Roan sended them back after Nia took them from me and well I'm just glad to have them back .  After I strap my knife to my belt I make my way out of the room and start walking towards the exit . 

After I left the others last night I found Lexa after she just sended some riders out , she is gonna send some people from the other clans here to start learning medical and mechanical knowledge  from Skaikru , and at the same time they will teach them now to hunt and what plants are safe to eat or use for medicine . But we just went to bed after I found her . I didn't wanna break down infront of the others , and after it happend I just shut everything  out and waited untill I fell asleep .

Walking out of the Ark I see Raven and Lexa are  waiting for me and I walk over to the group . "Morning " Raven says and I give the girl a small smile. 

"Sorry I'm late " I say as I come to a stop between Lexa and Anya . Seeing Bellamy walk over with Clarke a smile makes its way onto my face and I bring the man into a hug .

"It's good to see you again Alex "  he says as he pulls away with his own smile on his face.  "Good to see you too " I say and I look around and see we are only missing Abby. 

"So if Abby is here we can go ." I state with a small shrug and slowly start walking towards Rolo . Placing my head against his we just stand there for a minute before I notice somebody stand next to me  .

"We are heading out " Lexa says and I pull my head away from Rolo to look the girl in her eyes . Seeing half of Skaikru is around us I walk over to the girl and wrap my arms around her .

Feeling eyes on me I know one pair is Clarke's and I just don't dare to  look up and meet her eyes . As Lexa wraps her arms around me I look down and connect our lips together , it's not a passionate kiss from my side but I feel Lexa try to deepen the kiss but I just pull my lips away from hers . Grabbing her hand I walk her over to her horse and help her up .

"I'll be back tomorrow " I say and the girl gives me a nod . "Be safe Alex " she says and with that her and her group ride out of the gate .

Walking over to the truck I sit in the driver's seat and soon I see Raven,  Bellamy,  Clarke and Abby walk towards it  .
