Part 26

Alexander's Pov

Walking into our room I walk over towards my bag and grab some clothes out before walking into the bathroom,  after I finish changing my clothes I walk out the bathroom and see Lexa also changed her outfit as she's drying her hair with a towel. 

"I-i uhm need to tell you something " I say as I slowly walk over towards Lexa and well I can  better be honest about what happend between me and Clarke. It's better to just be honest now then keep it a secret  .

"You slept with Clarke " Lexa whispers with a frown on her face  and I shake my head at her .

"No uhm but we got close " I say and Lexa walks infront of me and I just close my eyes to ready myself for the slap that's coming but after a minute i feel her place her hand on my cheek .

"Why didn't you ?" She whispers and I slowly open my eyes to see hurt on her face .

"I just couldn't " I whisper and feel her wrap her arms around me and I'm surprised she didn't yeet me out of the tower to be honest. 

"I  want this too work Alex , i want us too work " she whispers and I look down at the girl with confusion all over my face .

"I- I have these feelings for you,  and I don't know how to deal with them " she continues and hold the fuxk up oke sure we kiss infront of her people and act like a couple but it's a show right ? She wanted to marry me for the bond between the flames . And now she's saying she has feelings for me .

"I'm not sure what you want me to say Lexa " I whisper as I just stand there with the girl wrapped around me . As she pull away from me she grabs my chin and makes me look at her .

"I wish you would give me a chance Alex " she whispers before she soflty connects our lips together . As she pulls away we both search the other eyes and I know she's telling the truth .

What the hell am I supposed to do now our ceremony is in 2 days and I don't think these people have divorces , but then there is Clarke I know she said to give Lexa a chance but that doesn't change the way I feel about her .

'I- I'll try " I whisper and I see a smile makes its way onto Lexa's face  " Thank you " Lexa says before she places a small peck onto my lips .

"What we did today,  with the nightbloods we will do it twice aweek . They need to have fun Lexa " I say and I can see her think about it for a second .

"We will " she says and I give her a smile . 

2 days later

So today is the day am I stressing out well yes . All the clan leaders have arrived to Polis and well it's stressing me more out that there is a big chance Clarke is here .

After the talk me and Lexa had two days ago things have been slowly changing her affection is sincere , and well I've been trying to give her a honest chance but it's easier said then done to be honest. 

Hearing somebody knock on the bedroom door I walk over to it and my eyes widen as I see Raven and Bellamy are standing there .

"What are you doing here ?" I ask them as I open the door for them.  "Well couldn't miss your big day now could we " Raven says as she wraps her arms around me and I hug the girl back .

"Please tell me you brought some alcohol " I ask her as we pull apart and I see her grab a small bottle out of her pocket .

"Are we sure drinking is a good idea " Bellamy says and I just roll my eyes at him .

"Ow come on  Bellamy you still own me a bachelor's party " I say and now it's his turn to roll his eyes at me . Walking over to him we both hug eachother before I take the bottle from Raven.
