Daniela POV

7:00PM

I was currently deciding on what to wear, it was between a dress and just some regular jeans and crop top. After a couple minutes I decided to just wear the jeans option. I was all done I just needed to change.

Finally I was done changing and so was Benito.

"We have like and hour still, should we leave now or just wait here?"

"I don't know, Noah still hasn't said anything. I think just wait"

Not once did he look at me. He had his eyes glued to his phone texting. Again.

"Oye I know it's none of my business but you're literally always texting someone"

He put his phone down and looked at me, "I know sorry it's just business"

I nodded and laid back on the bed.

"Me encanta tu outfit"

"Gracias Benito"

He looked at me as he licked his lips. He knew exactly what he was doing.

"Stop"

"Oh but I'm not doing anything"

"I hate you"

He had a stupid smirk on his face. I rolled my eyes and got up heading outside. I decided to knock and Bysaels door.

"Hola Dani come in"

I walked in and sat on the bed, "ya acabaste?"

"Mhm ya, I was just scrolling through TikTok"

"Is it okay if I hang out in here with you?"

"What did Benito do?"

I laughed, "nothing, I just want to hang with you while we wait"

"Okay! Sure"

1 hour later

"So you graduated last year?"

"Mhm"

"Y alguna novia por ahí?"

He laughed, "no, e tenido una en todo el tiempo que fui a la high pero solo eso"

"Ay no! En serio? Y alguien te interesa? Porque yo te puedo ayudar con eso" i wiggled my eyebrows at him cashing him to laugh

"No! Pero siempre me haz gustado, Dani"

"Bysa ya se pero yo soy muy grande pa ti y yo te quiero como mi hermanito. Y eso va ser muy weird que te seas mi novio"

"Ya se ya se, eres solo pa Benito"

"Óyeme pero tampoco e! yo no estoy con el"

"Daniela por favor todos lo notamos"

"Que?"

"La forma en que se ven, como actúan juntos, también cuando fuimos al parque, todos los vimos"

"Oye solo somos amigos así que no estén viendo cosas que no ay"

"Esta bien lo que tú digas"

There was a knock on the door, bysael got up and opened it. It was Noah.

"You guys ready? Come on"

I got up and realized I left my notebook and purse in my room, " Noah I have to run real quick to my room to get my stuff, it'll be quick"

"Okay we'll wait for you down there"

I walked next door and knocked on the door, hoping Benito would still be inside. Thankfully he was.

I walked past him as he closed the door. I went to grab my notebook and purse. I started walking back to the door only to find Benito standing in front of it.

"Ya vámonos"

He shook his head, " no"

"Como que no? youre going to be late Benito"

"Dani dime, cual es este jueguito que tu estás jugando con migo"

What the hell is he actually sayin?

"Que? No se de que hablas"

"Pero si lo sabes, un día me odias y el otro estás ahí agorándome de la mano, hablando me nice, me ves como si me quisieras besar. No te entiendo Daniela"

All while he was saying this he walked towards me as I walked backwards causing me to walk back into a wall. We were so close, our lips basically touching. He moved my hair out of my face, his hands landing on my waist.

My breath hitched, I didn't want to move. I wanted to kiss him. I knew in this second that I was starting to like Benito again. This was the confirmation I needed.

"Benito por favor"

I looked away. I couldn't look at him, I didn't want to.

"Si esto no es lo que quieres esta bien, yo te dejo en paz. Pero dímelo Dani"

I looked at his eyes then his lips he started leaning forward as I did too. Before we could kiss he stopped leaving me confused.

"Si yo no me hubiera detenido, tu tampoco"

He smirked at me as he backed up and walked outside closing the door. What the hell just happened? He's right I wouldn't have stopped. I almost cheated on Antonio. ANTONIO. Fuck.
