I feel like I should post a recipe for breakfast cups, but there are SO DAMN MANY OF THEM.
So don't officially trust this recipe, mostly bc I made it myself and am yet to test it.

XxCheezyBorgerxX's Breakfast Cups
Makes: 4 breakfast cups
Ingredients and equipment:
4 pre made waffles (like Warburtons toasting waffles)
4 small eggs
20g mushrooms
Honey
6 strips of bacon (you can replace it with ham)
Preferred seasoning
Cupcake tin (preferably 6-cake tins)
Oil/butter
Frying pan
Recipe:
1) Fry the bacon until crispy. (If using ham, you don't have to fry). Use same oil to fry the mushrooms. Preheat the oven to 200°C on fan/ 180°C on normal. (Idk how ovens work)
2) Grease the tin with preferred fat, then place one waffle per cupcake hole.
3) Place bacon and mushrooms into the waffle cup, then crack an egg on top. Try to not break the yolk, it ruins the aesthetic.
4)Bake for 10 minutes, or until the egg is cooked.
5) Let it cool slightly, then drizzle a little bit of honey on top, sprinkle preferred seasoning, and enjoy!
