Chapter 21
After that day, Taehyung went back to his parent's house to pack up his stuff since Jungkook told him that they will live with each other from now on, so Jungkook can fully focus on him and their upcoming baby. Besides, he doesn't want Jungkook to meet his parents.
“You are finally here, useless whore.” His mother welcomed him once he was inside the house, with his father sitting on the couch with drug paraphernalia.
“Don't worry, from now on, you won't see my face anymore.” Taehyung walked passed by her to go to his room.
“Why? Is that because you got a rich boy?”
Before Taehyung could step on the first stair, he was frozen when he heard that. He hissed in pain because his mother pulled his hair, dragging him away from the stair.
“I'm right, no? Now I know why you don't complain about giving us money anymore.” Dianne pushed him to the floor.
“That stupid son of yours thinks he's above us just because he got someone who's rich.” Nathan laughed, it was his father.
Taehyung flinched after Dianne choked him. He can barely breathe, and her nails dig into the flesh of his skin.
“Do you really think you can live without us? You should feel lucky that I gave birth to you. Because without me, you are nothing but a piece of shit!” Dianne smacked his head on the wall and slapped his cheek.
Taehyung groans in agony, but his head was tugged once again, but this time it was his father.
“Shut the fuck your mouth, you're so annoying!” Nathan hit the bottle of beer beside Taehyung's head and punched him in the face.
“Let go of me!” Taehyung pushed them away from him.
He stood up and ran away from the house with tears falling from his eyes. He felt pain ringing in his head because of what Dianne did to him.
He immediately went inside the taxi to escape from that kind of life. Not only that, but he was tired of living with them. If he doesn't escape from them, he will die from abuse.
“Taehyung, what happened to you?” Jungkook was shocked to see Taehyung in that kind of situation.
It was almost midnight when he heard knocks on the door of his house and was sleeping.
Taehyung cried and hugged him tightly.
“Baby, tell me what's wrong? Who did this to you?” Jungkook asked.
He was annoyed by the person who hurt Taehyung. He never raised his hands on him, and someone dared to do that to the person he loved.
Taehyung cried harder while shaking nervously. He was scared that his parents find out about this place.
“Let's get inside, okay? You'll catch a cold if we stay here outside.” Jungkook said.
He would rather not force Taehyung to speak about it for now. Taehyung nodded his head and Jungkook dragged him inside the house.
And after that day, Taehyung never heard Jungkook ask him about what happened to him.
Furthermore, he heard that his parents got caught and were put behind bars even though he found it unbelievable to believe because his father got a connection with the police, but he was glad that they won't bother him anymore.
