Kaden kept glancing at his beautiful wife seated in the passenger seat with a larger goat, yet would never be that big, sitting on her lap, like a dog, wearing his spare sunglasses, beaming as they headed across the desert, shaking his head.

Yet his heart soared with a joy he had never felt in a very long time and was so different. This was the woman he had married for the rest of their lives, the mother of their children when they came, warming as she touched his arm, feeling her eyes upon him, from behind the glasses.

"Don't do any thrill-seeking, goat here and I don't want to..."

Laughing out loud that he did a lot around Elnora. "As if I would," Billy bleated, giving him a look. "Okay, if we don't make it over the dunes, I know who to blame."

"Teeth-gasher," she agreed, receiving a growl, going through other names. "Billy," rubbing his forehead, "make sure you keep your shit together." Kaden choked, lips pressed together. "Not allowed?" she dared.

"Not fitting for a queen. Between us, anything is fair game." She smiled smugly at him.

Also excited about going back into the desert to meet the bedouin, heading towards their winter grounds, this time with the entire families, wives, children, and livestock, they moved with them so the campsite had been made larger to accommodate everyone.

This was a treat for his wife, having no idea it was happening on such a scale, so she could experience it upfront and personally. Ever since the honeymoon, showing her the world, especially Norway she had studied, bringing the real world to what she knew.

Myths and legends were part of history as he found out blown away by her facts. She spent a lot of time learning about his culture, language, and protocol as well, throwing herself into it. He had been born into it.

The things she taught him were amazing. The history behind the protocol and many other hidden mysteries of his own country.

His life hadn't changed, schedule worse than before, but was in control. They had caught up with his schedule, mainly at night, after meetings all day, in bed reading over documents, with Elnora at his side, snuggled against him, reading over her books, or working on her new documentation to do with her classes she was doing online.

Once everything he had planned is implicated, it will ease.

Not so sure about his wife.

Time committed, very aware of his needs, even if guilt ate at him, for all those hours they didn't spend together as he wanted. They still had their time, every morning and night, as he had promised that all he wanted was to see her when he woke up and fell asleep in his arms, after making love and exploring her needs, and desires, she was keen to explore and his needs. Also giving the things she had missed out on in her life, like dinner dates under the moonlight in the garden.

The romance.

They danced, and she loved it.

Her wardrobe was full of dresses for such occasions, even for the events of the palace, also wore the belly dancing costume for his pleasure, and even had dancing lessons a part of her learning process as she had explained about their culture. One needs to experience, not just read.

Private lessons were under wrap, so it didn't get out, the queen was having such lessons. Her suggestion wasn't his, always thinking of him. He didn't care as long as she was happy. And loved doing things for him, helping where she can, and freeing up his time.

As he did for her, and that dress she wore at the ball, so have a full commission from the designer with a large arrangement of dresses that she brought out on special occasions.
