Osiris sat silently in the hospital bed.
He was in Corvini's tower...healing.
He had found himself horribly damaged when he awoke, slammed right into the Ulrian royal capital.
The gash on his chest from the gem was huge, and diamond shaped.
He wouldn't take long to recover...but he would never be the same...
Sakuna had slammed right into the middle of a field on Solaris and was taken in by the city of Adronous.
Ryoikian year 2527, Era 195, The 24th of Nuin, the Ryoikian November...
It had been several, agonizing days...but Sakuna was stirring.
She opened her eyes, the bright pink shining beautifully...
She looked around the high tech medical facility...
It was white, and clean...Sakuna's clothes were neatly folded by her bedside.
She sighed in relief...
A few minutes later, a person came in.
They were bizarre, dressed in mostly white. And a fancy labcoat.
They wore a white colored mask; it was reminiscent of plague doctors...beaked and all that.
But it wasn't made of leather or cloth, appearing to be made of some kind of metal alloy.
"Sakuna Koeta." The male sounding voice said through the mask.
Sakuna nodded.
"Good...welcome to Adronous. Its an unfortunate arrival for you...I'm afraid were amid a horrible pandemic brought on by Osiris...but Ita stopped by. Vouched for you..."
Sakuna smiled...Ita always cared.
"You will be recovering...and then we might send you back to Kena. Your choice."
"...I will decide at a later date...thank you..." Sakuna was able to mumble out.
"Very well, I will come in with some food and medicine for you shortly."
The doctor left the room...and Sakuna was left with her thoughts.
Her mind immediately jumped to Osiris...and the gem.
Jack and Omega stared silently at the same gem.
The beautiful rainbow hues of the Riou gem, kept safely by Omega in a specialized container...
It had manifested onto Ita's doorstep around the same time Sakuna had been found on Solaris.
It carried no messages, simply a leftover of Osiris's power, and Fern's. Deep within.
For Fern himself? MIA.
Vanished after the fight with Osiris and didn't reappear.
A search was conducted by Kena, to no avail.
And although Nemo was transferred to Solaris to be with Sakuna...
Tren sat in a military warehouse, alone.
He refused to be shut down, decommissioned, or reprogrammed.
He could still sense Fern's heartbeat...somewhere.
