Chapter 14: Confrontation

A soft, passionate and flaming kiss was happening between us. I could feel his warm palm gently caressing my jaw. This is my first kiss but I never thought it would be this good, he never did fail me for my first time.

He stopped and so am I. Both our foreheads met as our eyes was having a deep conversation. We we're just about to let our lips collide again when a familiar voice of a woman before us interrupted.

"J-Jean?"

Tinulak ko kaunti si Dark para tingnan ito. A smirk formed in my lips as I gaze at her confused look. There's a fear in her eyes and I could easily scan the dread in her face.

"Oh hi Mikaela, it's been a while"

Linapitan ko ito ngunit sa bawat hakbang na papalapit ako ay unti-unti din siyang umaatras.

Oh, is she scared?

"Really Mikaela? I thought we we're sisters bakit ayaw mong lapitan kita?"

Her lips slightly parted. Tumigil siya, sinamantala ko ang pagkakataong iyon para lapitan siya at yakapin. I could feel the coldness of her skin as I embrace her. Ramdam na ramdam ko ang pangamba niya.

"You know what sis, I guess I just had the most adventurous vacation ever, thank you for bringing me here!"

Hindi siya nagsalita. The moment she was out of words to say was the moment I know her mind was processing. She's trying to understand what I mean but unfortunately, I am not going to let her understand this all.

"B-bakit kayo naghahalikan ni Wayne?"

I smirked. I never knew that after everything, she'll just worry about that kiss. Hindi man lang ba siya mag-aabalang tanungin ako kung bakit ako nabuhay? We'll, I know it'll be useless hindi ko din naman kasi sasabihin sa kanyang buhay ako.

"You mean my boyfriend? Uhm I guess it's just a normal thing for lovers"

Tinulak niya ako. The way she pushed me away was like I'm a parasite linked in her skin. Mas lalong lumawak ang ngisi sa labi ko.

"May nagawa ba ako Mikaela?" I asked using my affected tone.

Damn. I love playing this game. Sa dimami-rami ng larong nalaro ko ay ito lang ang pinakanagugustuhan ko. Even though she finally saw me, my plan was still working.

"B-boyfriend mo si Wayne?" her brows furrowed.

"Yeah what's the matter?"

Umiling siya saka niyakap ulit ako, the way she hug me was tighter than the last one.

"It's nice to meet you again sis, namiss ka namin"

Halos matawa ako. So this is how toxic people treat their enemy? Where they'll use their sugarcoated words just to please someone? Honestly, it's a great shame.

"Namiss ko din kayo, please send my regards to tita Amanda"

"Okay"

Silence filled over us. Hindi padin nagsasalita si Dark sa likod ko, he might be expecting me to do something brutal. Just wait a little while babe, I'll let your eyes witness it all.

I will never let this moment end without confrontation. I still wanted to play the same role but my chest crave to let her feel the nervousness I use to feel. Gusto kong maranasan din niya ang mga naranasan ko.

"May sasabihin sana ako sis" sabi ko

Bumitaw ako sa pagkakayakap at ganoon din siya. I have prepared this several times already but I hope I won't fail this time.
