Author's Note: Hello, I just want to let you guys/gals know that Thea's story might be a bit OOC, but hey that's what fanfiction is all about. Since, I couldn't find anything about her past so I made up one. If you guys know anything please tell me and I'll re-edit this chapter.

Thea was a beautiful Siren. It was all thanks to Penn. She could bend any gentle men's heart just with the sound of her, mystifying, and compelling voice. It was a magical gift, but it could easily be compared to a witch's curse.

However, before she was a siren, she was just an average girl. It had been a long time since she thought about her past. About her change. About the life that she took when she had been thrusted into the world of legend.

Gemma had asked her how she became a Siren. It surprised her, but Thea knew that she had to know in order for her to feel contempt with her now immortal life. So, being the Siren she was she explained how she was turned at the age of eighteen.

She had been eighteen for more than 30 years.

She told Gemma about her poor life and how her father was an abusive drunk and her mother left her when she was four. It was one of Thea's top memories that she chose to ignore until her last dying breath.

She had made friends and went on her life, Thea had hidden her home life from her friends. Never inviting them over for study groups, or sleepovers. Thea didn't want to be left alone, be the odd one out that people talked about behind their backs. Her life was already spiraling down, she didn't want to add her school life.

She always went to school, and walked the long, lonely path back home. Until, night swept through the lands.

Her abusive father made her strong, made her deal with the life she got.
Her father reminded her everyday that she looked like the spinning image of the women that walked out on him. Thea couldn't blame her mother, but she wished at every moment of every day that her own mother would have thought about her well being and would have taken her with her.

Thea couldn't forget the times that her actual father had tried to molest her when he was completely drunk one night, and then she ran away having enough sense to save herself from more self harm.

Tears falling from her eyes, and blurring her vision. She ran through the empty streets. Ran through the wet grass, and shoved her way past many trees before she stumbled along a branch that made her trip and fall down head first towards the ground.

Her face was covered with mud, her body ached.

Thea had never felt more worse then she did at that moment. She begged for death to come and save her from her pathetic life she had been living.

But, instead of death she had been bestowed with a gift.

Thea explained to Gemma how she still thought about her gift, but was more of a curse then a gift.

She explained that her choice of death was taken from her.

That she didn't choose the life of an immortal siren.

That Gemma shouldn't be so accepting, and even explained how Gemma reminded of herself when she was Gemma's age. When she herself was in the same exact position that she was in. Sooner, or later, Gemma would accept her role. Right now Thea knew she was only pretending, but she hoped that Gemma would become a sister. She already thought of Gemma in that way.

She left Gemma shortly after telling her tail. Thea could hear Gemma sigh, as she laid back down on the sand. Birds tweeted in the background, as Thea had entered back into the house.

Lexi and Penn just stood there. Wearing knowing faces, all three sirens having the same exact thought.

"Gemma is ours. "
