Gemma and Penn made it back in silence. It was late afternoon by the time they reached the house. Lexi and Thea were nowhere to be found glancing at Penn in question, "Lexi wanted to get more clothes so she dragged Thea along. " Penn explained as Gemma looked closer and saw Penn sat a piece of paper back on the counter.
"I'll be up in my room if you need me. " Gemma shortly states and she received a wave. Not waiting any longer than she had to Gemma took upon the steps until she closed the door of her room.
She had been shocked to say the least. Knowing Penn had went through that much no wonder she was the way she was. Gemma found herself in a predicament - she knew each of their stories so why did it not clear anything up? She still felt lost and didn't know what to decide.
She missed Harper. Her father even. Alex. She hadn't thought of about him since Sawyer - the color drained from her face. She killed Sawyer. Her inner siren awoke at the thought of Sawyer she could still feel the affects Sawyer had on her how her inner siren felt when she fed off of him. Being a siren in every sense of the word reveling in her other side gold eyes, feathers and all.
What would Harper say to her if she saw her right now? Gemma worried. Worried for herself. Knowing if she accepted the sirens and she knew she was close to doing so she would loose herself in the process and she would loose herself. But wasn't it too late to go back to the way things were? She wasn't just the Gemma on the swim team in high school - she was a cursed mythical creature that brought nothing but pure destruction.
Gemma sighed and her legs gave out from underneath her curling herself up into a ball and closing her eyes while her senses roam matching her heart beat to the melody of the water song.
Time must have went by fast if the door being open from her backside by Thea was any indication. Apparently Thea and Lexi returned only minutes ago noticing the darkening sky as the sun set.
"We're going out. Want to come?" Thea asked leaning on the side of the opened doorway, "No. I think I'm just going to rest the rest of the night. " Gemma replied making her point true as she curled back into her covers. "Suit yourself. "
Gemma heard Thea's retreating figure as she heard Thea getting farther until their voices faded into the background. She closed her eyes once again hoping sleep would give her the reprieve she so desperately needed.

.Gemma knew she should have taken Thea up on her offer to go out. She had been rather enjoying her sleep when her eyes were covered with cloth and her mouth was gagged - she struggled in foreign arms trying to get free but to no avail escape wasn't an option. The next thing Gemma knew she was knocked out.
Her eyes fluttered open weakly at best. She took notice of the small room she had been placed in although she was sitting on a couch a comfortable one at that. The room was exquisite a full length mirror on the wall with a crystal chandelier hanging from the center of the ceiling. She had to take a double take wasn't she taken? Wasn't she supposed to be hauled up somewhere until her untimely death? Maybe she just watched too much. But whatever it was she had questions.
Her muscles tensed when the door opened but she quickly let out a breathe she didn't know she was holding. A man walked in and she knew him instantly.
