Nights and days blurred together.
"You don't need to follow me all day,"Gemma said, casting a look back over her shoulder at Thea. "I'm not going anywhere. I said I would do as you guys asked, and I will. "
Thea didn't respond and passed by Gemma. Ever since, Gemma'a confrontation with Penn the girls had been ignoring Gemma. Giving her the cold shoulder, and keeping their eyes on her twenty-four, seven.
Gemma was a siren. She was the same evil that they were, and she shouldn't any pleasure from this life. Her thoughts took a confusing thought. Ever since Gemma had went on strike from the pull of the water song. Her cravings increased, and life was unbearable.
Once Gemma had walked to the kitchen to spy for something to eat. Even though she knew none of the food would appeal to her.
Gemma was living in agony, literally. "Life can be so much better for you Gemma." Penn's voice resounded in her head. Gemma had her arms around her, what was she supposed to do?
She made her way towards her room. A white room met her. Gemma had crumbled down to the floor.
Her whole body was shaking, and taking in deep breaths of salty air didn't help. She wiped the cold sweat from her brow, unsure how much longer she could do this.
Gemma'a eyes closed. How long were her eyes closed? She couldn't remember. When Gemma had re-opened her eyes Penn was sitting directly in-front of her.
She smelt good. Believing it was just her new perfume that Penn had bought. Gemma didn't give it that much thought. Penn's expression was blank, giving off a some-what worried aura. It was as if almost Penn was understanding the position that Gemma was in. Gemma, closed her eyes, arms curling around herself more.
"Gemma. " Penn said quietly. Gemma could hear movement coming from beside her, as Gemma re-opened her eyes Penn held a meaty substance in her hand. "What is it?"
"It will help. "
"What is it?" Gemma inquired again.
"Just eat Gemma. Please!"
Gemma's eyebrow inched up. This was a new side to Penn that Gemma had ever seen. It was almost disconcerting. Gemma, took a whiff of the substance, her hunger increasing rapidly. With one final look up to Penn, as Lexi and Thea joined them in Gemma's room. Lexi looked excited, as Thea had a neutral expression. Gemma knew that she shouldn't, but hunger won over.
Taking the contents from Penn's grasp, and into her own. Gemma, had hurriedly emptied the meaty substance from her hands. A high wept over her, making her feel stronger, more powerful then she could of ever known.
She looked at Penn. Smiling, as Penn joined and wrapped her arms around Gemma. She was finally ready to accept her role.
