Gemma could clearly understand now.
Sawyer was laid out beneath her, his eyes now devoid of any life.
Sawyer's screams were muffled by feelings of pleasure, as Gemma kept on feeding off of him.
She had lured him right in to his death.
Sawyer's body had felt like heaven for Gemma.
Her animalistic urges had gotten over the best of her.
Unleashing it, and it had felt...relieving.
That's what she could only describe it as.
The way his body melted beside hers.
His scent was intoxicating, as was he.
From the marks that were now loosing any color.
The warmth that had felt so good with hers, was slowly fading away.
Gemma could now understand the reason behind Penn and Lexi's attraction to boys.
How they seemed to have tackle on more boys than Gemma could ever imagine.
They were Sirens. Beings of myth. Told about in all sorts of legends that transcended time.
If every attraction was going to end up like Sawyer.
Gemma didn't want to stop.
Almost as if being a Siren was her destiny. A calling-that has finally been answered.
"It's so nice to have another sister. " Penn expressed. Now feeling that she could finally express her true self to the girl that was standing before her.
Her eyes never leaving Gemma, with no regret-or petty feelings for the lifeless man that had laid beneath her.
Even if Penn had a semi-close relationship with the now lifeless man.
Penn was excited, and happy, which made her look even more attractive.
Even to Gemma, who liked boys, couldn't resist the power that Penn produced.
"What now?" Gemma asked. Somehow surprising herself with the question. As of she didn't think it...
Penn answered. "Now, we have fun. "
Gemma didn't get the chance to ask what 'fun' meant.
But, by the way Penn had grabbed ahold of her arm, and led her towards the screen door.
When they had descended down the steps of Sawyer's house, and had entered the kitchen.
Thus, leaving outside the screen door leading to the vastness of water before her.
The blue hues of morning now turned into bright orange, pink and red.
Gemma took a step and another towards the ocean.
Gemma had a thought of what Penn's so called 'fun' meant.
And she already was knee deep, so why not go all the way?
Following Penn, Lexi, and Thea.
Gemma followed suit.
Already feeling the sweet release of having a tail instead of legs. She was a thing of legend and myth-who wouldn't be happy?
Feeling the difference of the Watersong fully sated, and she rather enjoyed it-and most preferred it that way. Silly emotions weren't for her anymore, and that scared her.
Pushing it back she followed the three that she considered almost... family. If she could call it that.
