2ɴᴅ ᴘᴏᴠ (๑˘ꇴ˘๑)
The smoke around you eventually cleared, the room coming back into view, the only thing that was missing was the lights.
You turned around and tried to look outside but Lady Tamayo shoved your head back into her chest.
"Don't look outside, [Name]." She whispered, her pale hands holding you tightly, "Look at me."
You felt puzzled by her words and tried to move but her grip on you was as tight as iron.
She thought you were freaking out again and started patting your head, "Shhhh, everything's fine." She whispered, "Focus on my touch and everything will be just fine."
The moment she said that, you knew that everything was not fine.
Using your nose, you smelt that two strong demons were nearby. You could tell that they weren't here for a friendly chat. One smelt immature and impulsive, the other smelt dominate and persistent.
A ringing sound could be heard from outside followed by the sound of bouncing. The ringing sound came closer and closer before it suddenly surrounded the room. Sounds of walls breaking were heard everywhere around you, causing your ears to ring from so much noise.
Small whimpers escaped your lips, and you shook in Lady Tamayo's hold. She felt your trembling and held you closer, trying to convince you everything was fine.
A loud splat came from in front of you and a strange substance landed on your head. Whatever made that splattering sound landed on the ground with a loud thud.
Miss Tamayo quickly covered your eyes, preventing you from seeing what fell.
Amidst the noise, you heard Tanjiro shriek, "Yushiro!" This made you confused.
Why was he calling his name? Didn't they hate each other?
The smell of blood infiltrated your nose, you shook even more, trying to prevent yourself from throwing up. What was making that revolting smell? And why did it smell like a demons?
"Nezuko!" Tanjiro called out, "Take [Name] and the lady sleeping in the back somewhere safe outside!"
You could faintly hear Nezuko grunt in reply. You felt Miss Tamayo shake her head, "It's too dangerous!" She yelled, "We have a basement, so take them there!"
Suddenly, you were whisked out of Miss Tamayo's hold and out of the scary room with loud noises.
Nezuko ran like lightning as she took you as far away from the room as possible, the loud bangs getting further and further away.
She soon stopped in the small hospital room you visited before. The lady on the bed was still asleep, unaware of the danger occurring outside.
Nezuko carried you on her back while she carried the woman like a Princess. She ran out of the room and after a few minutes, she found the basement.
