Today was the day that Demi came home and to say I was excited was an understatement. The past couple of weeks have been filled with happiness and fun as well as work but I found myself missing Demi a lot more than I thought I would. Tyra was as school, Athena was at my house watching the dogs and I was currently waiting at the exit at the airport for Demi. I had taken a cab since she drove herself here. It was reasonably warm so I was wearing...

With my big, black sunglasses on to somewhat conceal my identity because I noticed quite a few wrestling fans walking around. I just hope they don't cause any problems for anyone. As I was checking the time on my phone, the flight Demi was on was starting to exit the airport. I put my phone in my pocket and straightened up, observing every face that left; looking for Demi herself.

A couple of minutes pass and that's when I see her. She was stood, looking around until her eyes landed on me. The smile that made it's way onto her face caused one to appear on my own as we walked towards each other. As soon as enough people had moved out of the way, I broke out into a run. Demi stopped, knowing what I was about to do and dropped her luggage next to her. Then she opened her arms and braced herself for impact. I jumped into her waiting arms and wrapped my limbs around her, "God I've missed you." I whispered, knowing she could hear me.

Her arms tightened around me as she whispered back, "I missed you too." She placed me back down and lead us to her car with me helping her with her bags. I insisted on driving, considering her flight was over 20 hours long and jumped into the drivers seat after packing her luggage in the trunk. As I drove, she asked about the dogs and told me everything about her trip. In return, I told her how the dogs behaved for the most part with a couple of mishaps and that Athena now knows about me.

When we got home, I parked in the driveway and helped her unload the trunk. Upon entering the house and closing the door, Barry and Luna came bolting into the entryway. Demi dropped to the floor to greet them; needless to say, she missed them just as much as they missed her. Demi, Athena and I spent the next handful of hours talking until Tyra came home and I made dinner at around 6pm.

At 9pm, Tyra went up to bed and Athena went home. I helped her get her own two bed house and a new car last week, her place is about a 10 minute walk from Tyra's school and about a 5 or so minute drive from my house so her and Tyra could see each other whenever they wanted. Once I'd seen Athena out, I sat back down on the couch in the living room. Everything was quiet apart from the noise of the TV until, "So... Are we going to talk about what happened before I left." Demi asked quietly.

I sigh a little before I turn in my seat to face her, "We should." I say nodding. "I guess I should explain why I did it." I ask and she nods in response. "Having you live here again, waking up next to you every morning and going to bed next you every night has made me do some serious thinking. About you, about us and I..." I start and take a deep breath before continuing, "I feel myself falling for you all over again and the day you left for your trip... I-I don't know... I wasn't really thinking, I just let my heart take control and when I kissed you..." I looked her in the eyes deeply. "It was like sparks flew. My stomach filled with butterflies and my heart skipped a beat. It just felt right but right now, I am so confused because of the storyline with Sheamus and this thing we have going on outside of work and I..." I sigh looking down at my hands that are folded in my lap, "I just don't know what to do about everything." I finish and it isn't until I feel Demi wipe them away, that I had started to cry.

She tilted my head up to look at her, "I understand what it's like to feel confused, especially when it comes to storylines and keeping up appearances at work. Just look at me and Dominik." she starts with a chuckle. "But I'll be honest, I never stopped loving you Payton. You showed me what real love looked like and I am happy to just take things one step at a time. If you want to try us again then that's great, we'll take things slow. But if you want to see how things go with Sheamus, then I will support you. I won't stop you and I promise, I won't act like I did last time." She finishes and we both chuckle, "I do love you Demi but I think... I think I might kind of love Sheamus too and that's why I'm so confused." I say with a heavy sigh.

"You both understand me and you both know how to take care of me when I start to loose control." I tell her, knowing she knows that I'm on about Accalia. She scoots closer and wraps her arms around me, "I understand." She says softly as she cradles me in her arms and everything goes quiet again; for a few minutes anyway, "This may seem a little out there and we would need to talk to Sheamus about it but what if, instead of choosing between us, why don't you choose both of us." Demi says and I'm not going to lie, it sort of shocked me.

I pulled away from her slightly and looked up at her, "So, you mean like... have an open relationship or something." I say. She nods, "Yeah but like I said, we'd have to talk to Sheamus about it and only of you wanted too." she tell me and I cuddle back up to her as I thought about it. I mean, I wouldn't have to choose so that's a plus but would he be okay with it. We sit an watch TV for a few more minutes before we turn it off and head up to bed, me still thinking about what Demi said.
