Chapter 81

In the couple of months that followed Demi's first shift, I've been helping her with control. I made sure she knew that anger in any form could trigger her wolf as well as ways to stay in control of her wolf if that happens. Damian, Finn and Dominik all agreed to make sure that at least one of them were with her or nearby at all times when they had shows or matches and I was so thankful for that. None of us wanted her or me for that matter to loose control and shift on TV.

Today though, I had a meeting with Adam. I don't know what it's about, all I know is that Sheamus will be there. Demi was in the gym room, Tyra was at school but after she was going to Athena's to stay for a week as it was the last day before half term started. I got dressed and ready, now I was driving to the stadium; I hated not knowing what meetings were about.

Upon arrive, I parked up and turned off the engine. Getting out and locking up my car, I walked inside and straight to Adams office. Along the way Sheamus appeared at my side and he swung an arm over my shoulder; making me giggle, "Hey Ste." I say smiling as I look up at him. He returns the smile, "Hey Toni, any idea what this meeting is about?" he asked and I shook my head no. "No idea but I guess we are about to find out." I reply as we arrive at the door to Adams office.

I knocked on the door and we waited, a few moments later we hear a 'Come in' so I open the door and we enter; Sheamus's arm still around my shoulder. Adam was sat behind his desk working on something and looked up when we walked in, "Payton, Sheamus. Glad you could make it. Please, sit." Adam says and the two of us sit down infront of him. "Why are we here Adam?" I ask, wanting to get this over and one with. "Well, as you know the fans are loving you two right now. The creative team has been working on something but I wanted to run it by you both before I finalised anything." Adam tell us, "Okay, and that is." Sheamus says.

Adam looks from Sheamus to me and back to Sheamus again, "Creative wants to put you two into a mixed tag team together. I think it is the next logical step for the storyline but it is up to you two." he starts and takes a breathe before continuing, "If you both agree to becoming a tag team, your first match would be against The Viking Raiders Erik and Valhalla with Ivar ringside. Now again, if you both agree, you can choose who you want ringside with you but it has to be a male superstar and they can be from either Raw or SmackDown." Adam finishes.

Sheamus and I share a look and a smirk when Adam said that last sentence. Only one person came to mind and I think Sheamus had the same thought, "Tú suas le haghaidh seo?"("You up for this?") he asks and I nod. "Is mise agus tá a fhios agam cad ba cheart ainm ár bhfoirne a bheith."("I am and I know what our team name should be.") I reply.

We converse in Irish for a little bit discussing everything before we turn back to a confused looking Adam, "We'll do it." Sheamus and I say together. Adam smiled, "Okay, you can pick a team name if you want and you'll also need to choose whether your entrance music is one of yours or a new song for the team. You'll have until Monday night RAW to figure it out and find someone for ringside." he says and concludes the meeting.

The two of us leave Adams office and I turn to Sheamus, "Any plans for the rest of the day?" I ask. "No apart from my match tonight, you?" He replies and I shake my head no, "Not really. Tyra is staying with her sister for a week and Demi has been working out a lot more so I'm kinda left to do my own thing." I tell him.

Things between us go quiet for a few minutes until, "Wanna go grab some food with me, my treat." Sheamus asks. "Sure." I reply and we walk out to our cars. We pull out of the parking lot and I follow behind him to where ever he has in mind.
