East was at the gym a place where he normally clears his head. He been thinking a lot about what his brother Chris said. He knew he didn't wanna grow old alone and he knew maybe one day he wanted to be a father but he was married to the streets. East phone rung saw his brother Chris calling him. " Yo bitch" east laughed " wassup nigga, did you go by all the trap spots to collect?" Chris was making his morning runs collecting from all the hoods. They were the distributors they had the best products in NY. "Yea nigga I been up and out". East knew his brother/ best friend was an early bird just like him and was getting the work done. "Cool, did you talk to Brooke?" Chris looked at his phone as if he was on FaceTime wondering what's on east mind. "Naw, why?". East pulled on his beard in deep thought. "Nothing just wanted to make sure Kierra and Brooke got home safely". Chris shook his head "Nigga don't go bothering that girl, she nice and all but you'll fuck her life up." East laughed and thought to himself this nigga really don't have faith in me. "Look I can use a new friend and show her around we can be friends nigga damnn ". Chris shook his head as he continued to drive "Leave her alone unless you serious bro." And disconnected the call. East knew he was right Kierra seem like an innocent and sweet girl. East finished his work out and proceeded to do his shower routine and decided to do some shopping. He was in Saks and notice a very familiar face. It was Kierra she was dressed in business casual attire. He didn't wanna approach her he waited until she was done. "Kierra ?" East spoke. Kierra wasn't expecting to see him since their last encounter. "Hey, how are you ? Oh and thanks again about the other night." East smirk at her he was really attracted to her and love her shape. "It was nothing, what you doing here?" Kierra felt herself blushing trying to calm her nerves. She knew she was feeling something the butterflies came over her and she knew her face was turning red. "Actually just go done doing my interview" east still looking at her not breaking eye contact. "That's wassup make sure you give me a discount". Kierra laughed him off. " it was nice seeing you again" East still wanted to be in her presence she looked pretty and smelled good. He figured they can grab lunch or something. "Aye Kierra, wanna grab some food if you don't mind". Kierra could use some lunch since she skipped out on breakfast this morning and only had water and coffee. She was very intrigued about east and wanted to get know him so she agreed to have lunch with him. They ate at Cheesecake Factory since they were at the mall nothing too fancy. As they were being seated east was getting nervous himself. He haven't been out on a date or outing with a women in years it's was either a club setting or bedroom. East and Kierra looked over the menu. "Hi my name is Lisa I will be your server today. For starters what drinks will you like?" Kierra stated she wanted a pink lemonade. East requested the same. "So what brings you to New York?" East asked Kierra she wasn't trying to make eye contact but she couldn't help but look back at him and admire his features. "Well it was time for a change and I needed to get away from my family and be on my own." East nodded listening to her. "What do you do?" East was hesitant to answer but he stated he's a businessman. Keeping it brief and short. Kierra nodded and didn't ask anymore questions about his work she knew he had to be involved in streets stuff he had tattoos on his face what 9-5 did he have she thought. "Why you look so mean" east laughed at her question. He knew Kierra was being serious. "I guess it's my natural mug, keeps people away from me" Kierra took a sip of her pink lemonade. "Well why are you being nice to me." East thought about it. He was intrigued by her, loved how soft she looked and her innocents. "You seem like a very nice young lady and look like you can use a friend" Kierra nodded her head. "I already have a best friend"as she smiles. East laughed back at her and stated he can be her other best friend and winked at her.
