-Friday-

Autumn awoke around 9 AM. She scooped Casper up and took him to the bathroom with her so they could both potty. She then put her hair up in a bun on her head and got into the shower. Autumn had plans to color her hair later so there was no point in washing it. She had other plans today as well, she had been planning them all week. She was really excited about getting her stitches out around 10:40. Danny tried to talk her into letting him take her, but she wanted to go herself. Not only because she wanted to do something on her own, but also because she had some shopping to do.

Autumn had asked Danny earlier that week what his favorite foods are and desserts. He listed quite a few foods, but for dessert he turned to her and said, 'Your pussy.' Autumn thought that was quite humorous, but she seriously wanted to know because she was going to cook dinner for him and make dessert. He ended up telling her that he liked cheesecake and pumpkin pie, so she was going to make him a pumpkin cheesecake for dessert and chicken fettuccine with a made from scratch mushroom Alfredo sauce. Autumn was actually a good cook, she had just been too poor to do so.

At around 10 AM, her Uber driver arrived. She got in the car and told the guy where she wanted to go.

"Thank you, I-I've never used an U-Uber before," Autumn said.

The guy looked at her in his rearview mirror. "Well, I'm glad I could be the one to give you your first Uber experience," he said with a smile.

Autumn smiled back at him. "So uh, I'm not really sure how this works. I-I have m-multiple places I need to go. Can you t-take me, or do I need to get a new U-Uber every time?"

"I can take ya where ya need to go and at the end of our trip you just pay me, okay?" the driver told her.

"Okay, sounds simple enough," she said.

"Yeah, pretty easy stuff, but I'll be more than glad to help ya if ya need it." He winked at her.

"Thanks!" There was something familiar about the man, but Autumn wasn't sure what it was. He had dark brown hair that was longish. His eyes were blue and he wore black rimmed glasses. She knew what it was about him now, he sorta resembled Jed. "My name is Autumn by the way."

"Nice to meet you, Autumn, I'm Benjamin."

Benjamin, that sounded like a friendly name. "N-Nice to meet you, too."

Autumn's doctor appointment went by fairly quick. She got all the sutures taken out, but she was advised to keep her shoulder bandaged for a few days. That wouldn't be a problem. She then had Benjamin drive her to her house so she could pick up a few things. She wasn't exactly prepared to see her bathroom in the shape that it was in. Skylar's dried blood was everywhere. It made her sick to her stomach. Some of her makeup had his blood on it, but luckily most of it was put away in the drawer. Autumn collected what she could as she tried to dodge the blood. She noticed her poor bunny ear headband was stained with massive amounts of blood. She'd have to get a new one.

After gathering her things from her house, Autumn had Benjamin take her to the mall where she shopped around. She felt bad because her driver was having to sit in the car and wait for her, but she hadn't been out like this in a long time. It was quite fun. The hardest part was going to Spencer's and getting a few things, but it was better than going to that sketchy sex shop. Autumn didn't want to be caught in there. She also purchased a few candles to make the house smell like a pumpkin pie and toasted marshmallows.

Autumn walked by the Hot Topic and noticed their display of horror and Halloween shirts, but there was only one that caught her eye. It was a shirt with the ghastly Ghost Face and the words, 'Do you like Scary Movies?'. Autumn was surprised to see the mask on a shirt after the town had been terrorized by that very face. She knew someone who would like it though, Jed. He was obsessed with the Ghost Face murders and he loved scary movies. Autumn took her shopping bags and went into the store. The Ghost Face shirts were nearly sold out, but luckily they had one in Jed's size. The mask was popular, but she was sure the murders were the reason why people were buying the merchandise. How sick, but Autumn couldn't get herself to care. Ghost Face had killed two people who hurt her and he hadn't killed that family. So what if he killed others... A chill ran up Autumn's spine. How could she think like that? Murder was wrong. Period. The man behind the mask was nice to her and he said he wouldn't hurt anyone she cared about.
