taking morpheus to disneyworld

It had started off as a joke. Morpheus had mentioned that he could take you anywhere you wanted, and you had asked if that included Disneyworld. Again, as a joke.

But he said that he could, and it became less of a joke.

You hadn't really gone to Disneyworld before, wanting to since you were a little kid. But you never had time until now.

Morpheus hated it at first. Obviously.

He didn't like people in general, he hated the noises and the rides. But he did appreciate how happy everyone was, especially you.

You'd drag him on the rides, make him take pictures of you with the mascots. Acting like one of those excited children.

And although he acted like he hated it, you would catch him smiling at how excited you were. After all, he just wanted you to be happy, and he saw how happy you were there.

You'd make him go on It's a Small World, and he'd pretend like he was miserable.

But while you thought you'd imagined it, when you listened carefully, you'd later hear him humming "It's a small world" when in line for Haunted Mansion.

When you were done, he'd make some joke about this being the last time you were going there.

But after you got home, you'd find pictures of your day there in his room.

After all, as long as you were happy, so was he.

And if you liked Disneyworld, he'd take you there whenever you wanted.
