"well doctors said im eight weeks along" i whispered. "what are you guys talking about?" axl questioned. "none of your business" dani spoke, rolling her eyes.

"you told any of em yet?" mia asked. "not yet...i dont know if slash wants me to" i shrugged. "he's probably told them already" dani laughed.

"why arent you drinking, laila?" steven questioned, bringing all of the attention on me. "i- uh" "she's pregnant" juelz spoke. what? i never told juelz.

"how would you know that?" dani spat. "i was there once...i know the signs" she smirked, sitting back in the seat. "fucking juelz" i mumbled under my breath.

"wait actually?" duff questioned, his jaw dropping. "ask slash" i shrugged. slash was here, he was just at the bar getting more drinks for all of us, excluding me.

the guitarist returned a few minutes later and duff was quick to spring questions on him. he just confirmed everyone's suspicions, and there..the news was out to my friends.

"so it is slash's right?" izzy questioned. "why are you always saying the most out of pocket shit" i laughed. "yes its his...who else's would it be?" i added. "who knows...chicks are weird" he shrugged.

slash gave izzy an elbow to the side to shut him up. the group branched out to different conversations while i just sat there, observing like usual.

i caught eye contact with juelz, and she didnt even dare to break it. she just stared at me with her normal bitchy look, but she looked more pissed off this time.

"i gotta piss, i'll be back" i spoke, hopping out of the booth and into another booth beside, so i wouldnt have to get everyone to move. from there i headed to the gross bathroom.

once i came out of the stall, juelz was standing there, fixing her red lipstick. "congrats on that uh baby thing" juelz smirked. "thanks" i nodded, washing my hands.

"im surprised he hasnt cheated on you yet...unless he has" she shrugged, looking back in the mirror. "listen, you can be jealous all you want, i really dont give a fuck what you gotta say."

every single day, i hoped juelz and axl would break up so i wouldnt have to see her face anymore. but just my luck, she'd probably start hooking up with steven.

without another word, i exited the bathroom. but i quickly went back. "you said you've been pregnant before...what happened?" i questioned. "miscarriage" she shrugged.

"i'm sorry" i mumbled before leaving the bathroom for good and returning to the group. "i saw juelz followed you in there...you okay?" dani confirmed. "yep" i smiled.

as the night went on, we moved onto a more busy club. just as we got there, my eyes immediately fell on rosie and hunter. after a few moments, i caught their attention so they came over.

"hey laila!" rosie greeted. "hey guys" i smiled. "im surprised you guys are in the city...i expected you to go back to new york" i spoke over the loud music.

"we're staying actually" hunter mentioned. "no way" i smiled. i had never once talked to rosie or hunter in high school, but it would be cool if i could make new friends.

"this is my boyfriend, slash" i introduced as he stood next to me. "laila told me you were a softie" hunter spoke. slash sent me a side eyed look to which i just shrugged in return.
