Chapter 9 :Only room for one
(Riley's POV)
I quickly escaped Caspian's embrace to chase after Logan, I looked back at Caspian and Jaceyln arguing because of our dance. I walked outside and slapped my forehead. How could we both get caught up like that and in front of people we care about. I found Logan walking to his car, I yelled "Logan wait." He turned around and said "Wait for what?Wait for you to be over him?" I stuttered "But, I am over him..." He rolled his eyes and said "If anything that dance just proved you both still care for each other." I sighed and complained "But it was just a dance Logan, I didn't mean anything. He is just my best friend, Logan your my prince charming not him." He laughed and said "If I were your prince charming you would quit entertaining frogs, this fairy tale is over Riley." Before I could say anything back he got in his car and I watched him drive away.
(Caspian's POV)
I let Riley go chase after Logan, personally I did not like him but I tried not to care if he made her happy that's all that mattered. After I watched Riley walk out the door I saw Jaceyln leaving too. I ran after her and followed her outside, I yelled out "Where are you going?" He kept walking and said "I thought you could handle having her in your life while being with me but you can't. You feel something for her that you don't feel for me, I am not stupid and I know when two people are in love." I tried to reason with her "I don't want her, she's just my friend Jaceyln. I wouldn't do anything to hurt you because I love you." She turned around quickly to face me and asked "You, you love me?" I smiled and said "yes I do, Jaceyln you have to trust me when I tell you Riley and I are just friends." She wiped away a tear and said "Caspian there can only be one." I looked at her and said "I know Jaceyln, and your the one I choose."
She hugged me and kissed me repeatedly, and said "I love you too Caspian, your my family and I don't want anyone to come in between us. Ever." I squeezed her even tighter and said "Move in with me."
